my man Buddy.. and anyone else who reads this and cares..:: so I've been doing my one a day since before new years.. but recently started doing 5 miles 3 times a week or so on top of the other days 1 a day.. I'm loving my 5 milers now and think I am gonna stick to it.. maybe go for at least 4 days a week of 5 miles and the rest 1 mile. I have to say it feels good to be in better shape than I've been in YEARS and YEARS!
Considering the way that certain people monkey around with photoshop and other image-altering tools on this forum and others, I imagine LOK is putting it off somewhat! ::

I'm doing them mostly on my eliptical, easier on the knees and I can put on my wireless headphones and watch tv while i run.. mainly been watching fights.. my 5 miles takes me a lil over 30 mins right now so you can watch quite a bit. it has already started slimmin me down, i try to not eat anything after.. maybe just a shake/smoothie I make with fruit, ice, milk, and some chocolate whey protien powder..
