I remember watching some fight on the uuuuundercard of Jones Jr and Telesco, where some crazy mook ran across the ring and threw some flying Matrix kick. Wackiest thing I ever saw.
Is this the multiple knockdown/low blow fight on ESPN? [edit] No, just watched this one on youtube and it is great, but there was a fight back around 90 or 91 between two white guys that was as good or better, as i remember. Need an old-timer to help remember which fight I'm talking about. I remember Al Bernstein commentary and a quick stoppage after a lot of back and forth knockdowns. Sort of like an extended Rocky Gannon/Dominick Carter 1 fight.
Frankie Liles-Tim Littles 2 Andrew Golota-Riddick Bowe (both) Among very recent fights, Joel Casamayor-Michael Katsidis. You'd lose count if you tried to count the number of times Casa deliberately headbutted Katsidis, or tried to. He also hit Katsidis when he was down. Katsidis wasn't shy about fouling as well.
I haven't seen any Fritzie Zivic fights but he was apparently as dirty as they come. I'd assume some of his foul fests could be listed here.
Yeah, he was known for his thumbs among other fouls. Ray Robinson said that early in his career, he wanted to fight Zivic, because he idolized Henry Armstrong and wanted to beat Zivic for Armstrong. His team was worried and told him about how his thumbs can ruin fighters. Mysterious Billy Smith is supposed to be the dirtiest fighter ever. I was ordering books on Amazon but they didn't have any of Smith's biography in stock.

:: :bears: You gotta love a cartoon where almost half of an episode is dedicated to a cripple fight scene.
