Ideally I'm aiming for 4, but we'll see how the tendon on the outside of my knee cooperates. My running is done outside on a bicycle path near the Ottawa river, which is the border between Montreal and Quebec. I plan on keeping this up as long as I can. I did 4 today and then walked another 3-4. Time to fire up the bbq...oh, and I have also done 50 hspu so far. :clap:
According to RunningMap.com, I ran 3.87km, which is likely to be my regular route for the daily basis. So it'll be a bit over 2 miles a day everyday. I'm gonna get it as close to 4km as possible even if it is a bit over. Frig, even though my leg is bugging me, I'm really happy. Looks like I might have to wear a knee brace to jog on a daily basis. :dunno:

I'll be getting it again as soon as I get home. I'm gonna run on grass to make it easier, but I'll go the same route! :clap:
