It's a close fight...IMO Williams can improved from that shitty performance...while Quintana can just bring the same stuff...

but that same STUFF is enough to beat a BETTER WILLIAMS.....again...

    QUINTANA by Decision 8-4....He won't stop WILLIAMS...:nono:

Damn. Alot of yall are acting like Quintana shut Williams out or somethin. Williams won 4 rounds, and has room to improve, so to say he has "no chance" in the rematch is jumping the gun, and typical of Hex considering what nationality Quintana is.

Williams has a chance in the rematch, but I still favor Quintana. His techincal skills, and speed would provide problems for Paul anyway of the week. But I expect Williams to make it closer this time.

I'm willing to bet anyone that Williams takes the fight. Loser has to spend the rest of his life in England.

Yes, Quintana tired because he really didn't take the first fight seriously.

That video certainly illustrates one of the problems I've always had with Williams: he has one of the worst jabs for a tall fighter since Diego Corrales.

He seemingly doesn't even try to land it most of the times he does throw it.

There were mostly arm punches in that clip...except for some of the body shots (which he leaned way out of posiiton to throw).

I was looking at that vid Hex posted, and I can't believe Williams' size advantage, I had almost forgotten how big he looks in there. Quinatana isn't the shortest welterweight around and he looked like a midget compared to Williams. This fight looked like a SMW fighting a WW. I remember reading a lot of criticism towards Cotto and his weight gains. I'd be curious to see how much weight Williams lose to make weight. He's lean, but he doesn't look frail at all.

What's Funny is Williams LIES about his Height, but he Does it N the OPPOSITE Direction...

Most Guys Lie to Make Themselves Appear TALLER...Williams Does it to Make Himself Appear SHORTER...Dude is CLOSER to 6'3-6'4, but he's LISTED @ 6'1...

That's a BOGUS Measurement, Cause Margarita's a LEGIT 6'0 & Williams TOWERED Over him During their Fight...Margarita's NEVER Looked SHORTER than he Did vs. Williams...

For What it's Worth, Quintana's like 5'8-5'9...Not Terribly Short for Welter, like U Said....

What's most astonishing about Williams is that he's the inverse of what he should be. I don't know if I have a wrong perception but usually tall guys that kill themselves to make weight packs a good punch and have weak punch resistance. Williams at most has an average punch and he has a very good chin. Go figure.:dunno:

He's a bit like Valuev in that regard.

If a fighter doesn't put a lot on their punches they can undoubtedly throw more of them and Williams throws a ton of arm punches.

One thing you can say about the first fight.. Quintana was ON his game that night.. he fought beautifully and the perfect fight for his foe. I see the second fight going simlarly, but not as dominant for Quintana. Williams needs to learn to come forward, he can't properly counter against a guy as mobile as Quintana.

I would not be surprised if Quintana dies in the ring.
