He says he'll begin training in August with his father and and wants to return in August of '09, in a fight "to test where I'm at" and then possibly fight for a title.

Poor bastard. Just no life after boxing for most of these guys. Just don't know when to quit. Oh well...
Makes Lennox Lewis look that much better, somebody who saw that his heart was no longer in it and quit and now lives a happy life away from boxing.
    Morales will be a vegetable.

He's the director of parks and recreation in TJ, so he hasn't become a complete bum since retiring.

If he takes a comeback fight and falls flat, hopefully it won't be against a fighter who will make him pay too much for the mistake and hopefully he'll be wise enough to recognize it.

I believe it, when I see it. Fighters love to stay in the news, doesn´t mean they´ll have to go through with it.

It would be more unbelievable if he DIDN'T fight again. Not many fighters properly retire first time around.

I would have been interested in this fight for one reason only, and that is to see Dariusz take his zero, but that would not have happened, so it was better this way.

I´m not saying it is impossible, but I doubt it. I´m usually a fan of sane fighters with good judgement.

Don't think either guy is shot, Id certainly tune in for this. This fight is the equivalent of Ali-Fraizer III - both guys way past their best, but still world class, still worth watching and still extremely well matched.
