    Lots of fighters try to get a better deal. Almost all of them do. Sometimes it's a game of chicken. Toney didn't take the offer in hopes that a better offer was on the table. It wasn't, so he was SOL.

    Glazer says the commission guys said it's the doctor or referee's decision. Doctor earlier said it wasn't his decision.
