I have to admit that guy has some freakish skills. He moves fast for a big man, a huge man actually.

I would watch Penn/GSP but Penn looked like he ate a doughnut shop. i MEAN, the guy ate every donut in Hawaii. Penn is too small. GSP will fuck him up.

Damn Manny got lit up. Been a fan of his since TUF. Thought he'd handle Emerson with ease.

I was glad to see him get embarassed. I don't like him or his cousin Karo. At least Karo isn't as boring as Manny though.

Great match ups that didn't produce exciting fights. I was extremely disappointed with Florian-Huerta. There wasn't nearly the action that you would expect from those two.

Also, I was shocked at how GSP was so much physical stronger that Fitch. Fitch is a determined guy, but he was just no match in any area.

I thought it was a very good card. Actually the best UFC card in some time.

Lesnar is a freak, he is the fastest man of his size I have ever seen. The guy can fucking move. He's also got some serious freak strength. He is going to be hard for anyone to beat. He's a monster.

Agreed Lesnar is a freak and a fast strong freak at that. I love watching the guy fight and he will only get better. But he aint taking easy fights to learn his trade.

Well, Gamburyan made me a liar as did MacDonald and Cummo. I thought Emerson was a joke, but he sparked Manny sure enough.

Called Brock and GSP on the money. Everyone at my gym was saying GSP in 1, and I said, "Are you kidding me? Fitch is a tough tough guy!" I called it GSP by decision, and sure enough!

I don't think he's as strong as Bill Goldberg. Goldberg looked more solid than Brock when they wrestled, seemingly more powerful.

Please tell me you saw them really wrestle and you're not talking about fake wrestling.

So Lesnar has Herrings back a bunch of times in this fight. He never once tried to choke Herring. I am wondering if Brock's gigantor fucking arm is just too damn big to get under anyone's chin.

I think it was more of a case of being in a dominant position and not wanting to take any risks. After all. look at what happened to him against Mir.

I don't think it would have changed the outcome, but i wish the ref would have stood them up on many occasions.

It would have been a shame to stand them up. Lesnar had dominant positions the whole fight. You don't stand up a fight when one guy has the others back or side control. Lesnar was never in Herring guard, if he was just sitting in guard I could see a stand up.

wasnt lesnar accused of doing roids during his pro-wrestling days?

anyways, he looked pretty quick and explosive in there against a guy who doesnt have much grappling skills.

i'd like to see lesnar vs. kimbo slice.

Lesnar would DESTROY Kimbo. I have no doubt what so ever. He'd take him down and pound the shit out of Kimbo.

It would not be close. Lesnar might kill Kimobo Slice.

Bah! Maybe if there were more than 5 people who posted in here. The ranking are just everyones favorites. Who the fuck voted for Forrest Griffin?

Who didn't? Is there another fighter that beat the #1 and #2 guys in his weight class in back-to-back fights?

If I was picking my favorites, I'd have Lyoto in the Top 5. Griffin wasn't a fan pick, it was based on recent performances against the perceived best guys at his weight.

I'm actually just making a comparison in terms of how they lifted guys above their heads in suplex or press slam positions. But I think that was moreso technique. Brock didn't have overly good technique in delivering standing suplexes in comparison to Goldberg.
I heard Kurt Angle made a mockery of Lesnar in a real wrestling match.

Yeah I heard about that, that Angle dominated Lesner in a real wrestling match. Believable, Lesner is a Division 1 champ in college, but Angle is an olympic gold medalist.

It's too bad Angle doesn't have the balls to fight for real. There were rumors about him wanting to try MMA a while back.

Years ago, he would've had a chance, but for several years now, Angle has been a drug addicted walking cripple.

And while Angle's wrestling may even be better then Lesnar's, Lesnar would probably be a better MMA fighter then Angle based on Lesnar's size and freakish strength.
