Williams wins, but I dont think it'd be an easy fight for him. The prime Mayorga has become somewhat underrated. Unlike Spinks, Williams would be there for Mayorga to hit, and Williams would trade with Mayo, which also favors Ricardo. I pick Williams by UD, but Paul would get stunned a few times along the way, and by the end of 12th he'd definitely know he was in a fight.
