LOK, he really has been hyping my lately.

Hanzy is right about my size, I'm a little over 6'3 and I weighed 229 last week. I can fight a little bit, and I used to train, but I haven't been to a boxing gym since I moved to Calgary five years ago.

I never disagreed with you in the first place.I just called you out for being disrespectful, any person that does something you or I are not willing to do shouldn't be called a joke...would you say he's a joke in Kimbo Slice face?....I didn't think so.

I wouldn't call him a joke to his face but I know about 50 MMA fighters who would and they've already said it in public that he's a joke. And I bet if Kimbo wanted a piece of them, any of them would gladly oblige.
Too bad they want to match him up with guys in the grave.

But 99% of the world talk sh*t. It's nothing new. Look at how many of us talk sh*t about boxers in general. Talking sh*t doesn't mean we're better. It means we think little of those athletes 'relative' to their competition. If I say Kimbo sucks, that means I think he sucks in the world of MMA where there's 20 guys off the top of my head who I think would gobble him up. I don't say he sucks as in meaning that I personally am better than he is.
Heck I think some supposedly hot women out there are ugly. That doesn't mean I think I'm better looking than they are. I'm saying they are relatively ugly to the other hot women out there whom they're judged amongst.

    Totally agreed.

Kimbo's day will come for those of you who can't wait for him to go away. He's eventually gonna get stuck between a rock & a hard place after three or four more wins & will have to take the leap for legitimacy...when he will lose.

But for now, let the guy get his feet wet. He's still learning, is humble & is aware of his skill...or lack thereof. I've heard him numerous times on the Dan Le Batard show explaining just how difficult it is to win in this sport & that he's nowhere near where he needs to be. He even said himself that he got his ass whipped for the first time against Gannon (youtube).

I think Dana White put it best when interviewed by LeBatard saying, "Kimbo Slice couldn't beat my smallest guys. Hell, I guarantee B.J. Penn would make him tap inside of one round. But if you get a bunch of fighters together at a pool party, Kimbo's the baddest guy at the barbeque. Streetfighting & what MY guys do are completely different. Inside the octogon, he's pedestrian."

It is a straight up joke to have Kimbo as a headliner. I have nothing against the guy personally, he's just a hype job.

Let's just go ahead and agree to disagree on Kimbo. You know how I feel, I know how you feel. No need to talk about it anymore. We will get along much better this way

EXC is being smart. Use Ken Shamrock as a stepping stone for your biggest name fighter.

Unless old ass Ken get hold of Kimbo's ankle. Then it won't be so smart to have your main guy lose to Shamrock. I truely hope it backfires on them and Ken pulls one last submission out of his ass.

Ken Shamrock is a loser. He could be 0.1 of a second away from making Kimbo tap and would tap himself.

Shamrock has less chance of winning this fight then Tim Sylvia had of beating Fedor. Thats around -1000%.

Kimbo must have had at least some boxing training before he sarted training in MMA. No way you can learn the balance, technique and upperbody movement that he has without going to the gym to get real coaching.

Ken has a shot, but I'm sure he will try to stand with Kimbo like he's been doing with everyone lately and get KO'd. If he's smart he will do everything he can to get it to the ground where Kimbo has nothing. Besides that, even Ken has better stamina than Kimbo. He is gasses after the first round.

I don't even remember the last time a Shamrock fight went past 1 round. Hes usually sleeping by then.

It was the first Tito fight and he got stopped in the 3rd. His last win is over Kimo in 2004.

Who knows. If his last fight was any indication, it's not very good. James Thompson was able to control him easily and pound him with about 50 elbows.

From what I understand, Kimbo is a heavy smoker, and is probably a long time smoker. I doubt he will ever be effective past the 1st round.

That would make sense. His stamina sure resembles that of a heavy smoker.

Maybe. It's not like everyone is gassing out like Kimbo did against Thompson. The top level guys sure as hell aren't gassing after a single round.

Kimbo isn't a top level guy. However, I can show you many more experienced fighters that gassed worse than Kimbo did against Thompson. Hell, as tired as Kimbo was, he was still throwing monster shots in the 3rd round.

Kimbo has no stamina, but if I were Ken I wouldn't bank on wearing Kimbo out. Kimbo will be dangerous with punches every second he's standing.

I agree. Kimbo shouldn't have to dig very deep to put Ken away. If he does gas, it's big trouble for Kimbo though. Shamrock if nothing else is always in great shape and has good stamina.

Obviously you just can't favor shamrock here no matter how you look at it, but I'm sure hoping he pulls it off and rids us of the hype.
