There was some talk recently of HBO wanting to have Abraham-Winky.

It's doubtful that will ever come off, and sadly that's not to say it would necessarily be Abraham's fault either.

I haven't heard anything about it since it was mentioned, but i wouldn't be surprised to hear both guys demanding 100 trillion billion.

It's one of two fights in which HBO is interested regarding King Arthur. The other is a Pavlik fight, which of course would take a backseat should Pavlik and Calzaghe win their forthcoming fights and agree to terms for a head-on collision in 2009.

But if that's going to be the case, then Pavlik needs to decide that he no longer wants to be middleweight champ. This way he can help his promoter save face after shitting on others for holding titles ransom.

Anyway, that's where HBO is at with Abraham. They're interested in him, but against the better known American fighters. Meaning notable middleweight contenders from outside their immediate template will not be taken under consideration
