January 17th was supposed to be the day of Affliction's rescheduled PPV. If that's the case, look for the UFC to air this card free on Spike.

What weight are Coleman and Shogun fighting at? Coleman is a HW, Shogun is a LHW.

That would be a good move regardless of afflictions plans. I love the Franklin/Henderson fight. But besides us true MMA fans it would be a PPV that wouldn't attract much mainstream hype.

This is a great look at how truly deep the UFC is at 205

I met Mark Coleman when EliteXC was in Newark, and he looked terrible. You can tell years of absuing steroids had taken it's toll on his body, and now that he's forced to be off of them if he wants to compete in America, he just looked small, frail and weak.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if he could make 185.

I think this is Franklin chance to prove that he is just than more a decent fighter who doesnt cut it at the elite level ( the 3 times he faced an elite fighter, he was easilly overwhelmed ). Henderson is ( or at least was ) at this level but at his age, he may be ripped for taking. A loss for Frankiln would be devastating to him.

Looking forward to the fight, Rich is by no means taking the easy route.
