In any case, Pacman will do what is the most logical choice for him next.. fight Hatton. Its gonna be a huge fight, and a compelling fight.

Lol Hatton is too little risk for too much money. Hatton vs Pac is a huge mismatch.

Pac slapping Hatton around will be fun but Mayweather or JMM would be better more competitive fights.

Realistically, he should (and will IMHO) fight Hatton, probably in England, and make an absolute fortune for doing so.

If he fights Ricky at 140 though, he will lose IMHO. Hatton is declined (but he still has plenty more left in him than Oscar) will actually hit Manny in the face (unlike Oscar) and he is still fucking difficult to beat at 140. (Unlike Oscar), Hatton will be HUGE come fight night compared to Manny- he'll come into the ring at 150lb at least as he always does. Also, Hatton has a good chin at 140 (whoever said he has a glass jaw is deranged, btw).

Saturday means that Manny has more of a shot than I would have thought he did prior to it, but Oscar's shotness is being underrated massively around here.

Manny is the man, no doubt, but Hatton at 140 is a vastly different beast than Oscar at 147 at this point.

He should start goading Mayweather out of retirement. That's the epochal fight that has to be made.

The fight should take place but is Manny the type of dude to goad PBF out? Maybe he should take classes from Mayorga or something

Manny did enough on Saturday for PBF to be enticed. The media will take care of the rest.

More thank likely he'll fight Hatton for the obvious financial reasons. When fights are made primarily for the money i just usually don't exactly get excited about it, but i think it's an intriguing matchup.

If that fight doesn't come off i'd like to see him take on Campbell or Diaz.

Faggot Floyd Fairyweather should stay retired. He already retired like a bitch when guys like Williams, Cotto, and Margarito were calling. If he returns to fight little Pacquiao, it'll show even more how much of a bitch Floyd is. And that SD decision win over a shot Oscar last year sure looks bad now.
Unfortunately, Floyd was too much of a safety first bitch to expose the old man.

It's a bit unfair just to say Manny takes the Hatton fight for the money. The guy is also the undisputed champion of a division about 3 north of Manny's natural weight and a top 10 p4p fighter in his own right. It's a mega-fight. We should give Manny way more credit if he takes the fight than to just accuse him of being a mercenary.:bears:

He's a scared little arrogant sh*thead with no balls. He retired right when the most interesting fights were piling up. Anybody on this site would've loved to have seen him challenged at his proper weight class against a PRIME hungry fighter. He could've done what true champions do, fight the best. Big fights were there for him, big money....Cotto, Margarito whom he ducked for years and years, hell...even Paul Williams!
But he retired like a pussy bitch after barely beating a shot old DLH and little man Ricky Hatton.
Pussy! That would be like Roger Federer retiring after losing to Djokovic at the Aussie Open saying "I got nothing more to prove."
How convenient would it look that he retires right when the competition is heating up?
That's the kind of sh*t nobody respects from athletes. And Floyd is a bitch! The Big Show should've crushed him to death in a bearhug at Wrestlemania or piledriven his skull into the ground.

Manny only got up to 142, so he can probably return to either 140 or 135 (though he looks so lean; not sure if 135 is a long-term option).

That said - he'll fight Hatton next if Ricky wants it. That's the biggest immediate money fight for him. It's huge.

And he'll beat Hatton. I don't think there is that much risk, when compared to the financial and "legacy" rewards.

    Peace.
