If you watched last week’s epic IBF cruiserweight title fight between Steve ‘USS’ Cunningham and Tomasz ‘Goral’ Adamek and thought it was a candidate for ‘Fight Of The Year’ please lobby any of the websites that are currently compiling their lists. As this can help us in our quest for a rematch.

In fact queensberry-rules.com/ has just put up their list of nominees and have a comments section. Please go on there and encourage them to select Cunningham vs. Adamek as we are in the process of lobbying the television networks and promoters to make Cunningham vs. Adamek II happen and any accolade helps us in our quest.

For further information on our campaign please see our brand new website - www.wewantarematch.com - which is already on-line although still in development

Don't be a jerk, fella. It was a very, very good fight and watching it live, it was without doubt one of the best fights of the year. It's hardly a stretch to mention it as such.

Just so you know though, the guy is affiliated with USS, not Adamek. So, don't go all "you euro's" on him.

Adamek is a highlight reel fighter, a good fighter, but definitely not a great one, and I think Cunningham will get his revenge in a rematch, probably by decision.

BJ Flores would have had a better chance to take down Enzo on five days notice than Adamek on five year notice. Weird career move.

He was openly rooting for Cunningham and said it was because he felt that Adamek was the tougher fight.

Yes I did. Steve chin and power is complete shit, but that's what made the fight interesting. I watched it again and I think Adamek got too much credit when he landed a punch. Although Cunningham was backing up a lot, I still think he landed the better punches throughout the fight.

I SAY...REMATCH!!! I think Steve boxes more and maybe stops him.

i keep repeating myself. but imho, cunningham's intention of "boxing" adamek more in the rematch will make it an easier fight for Adamek.

the way to beat Adamek is to put him on the defensive and push him back - not be mouse running from a cat who has 36 minutes to find you, virtually unfettered by opposition.

Excellent fight, I wouldnt mind seeing a rematch, I felt like Cunningham didnt utilize his jab to the fullest potential, and he looped his right hand too much, was a little predictable in his choice of combos, and has plenty of room for improvement on this performance.

Adamek has a serious punch and a good chin.

Adamek could use an uppercut and defense against an uppercut in his arsenal.

By "boxing," I think people are basically saying that Cunningham needs to jab more. That would tighten up his offense more while also keeping Adamek at bay, and possibly (I don't think so) make Adamek fight going backwards.

Easy win for Cunningham if he keeps his dame hands up.
