Exactly.. The truth of the matter is that Penn is a relatively soft 155 pounder. At 170, he is at a huge strength disadvantage. With Penn's stand-up and BJJ, the disadvantage probably wouldn't matter against most guys at 170. But against GSP, you see how much it mattered.
