Piracy is not only a sin, but also against the law. Downloading movies on the other hand is okay by me. I'm just letting you guys know that if you were on a ship and attacked, robbed, and held hostage another ship, that I wouldn't approve.
Just watched it. It's great stuff and didn't glorify him all that much. Carmelo Anthony is one of the executive producers too.
It shows tyson getting dropped in sparring for buster douglas I'm not sure if that has been seen by many.
I just finished watching it. It's amazing how little self-esteem he has. Pretty much no self-confidence whatsoever. The only thing that boosted his confidence to help him reach the heights he reached was based on what other people would tell him. "You're the greatest Mike....you're unbeatable Mike....!!!!" He heard so much of that sh*t that he started believing he was actually invincible for a short time. Nice to see how he touches on that subject and makes it clear that he was scared sh*tless in the ring and didn't think he was anywhere near as good as what his fans believed. He was merely human. Good to see that he was more down to earth than people thought. A strong dude with great boxing talent who was just as afraid of everyday things as the rest of us. Mike Tyson really doesn't like himself at all nor is proud of himself or what he's done. Makes it even more laughable now to read all the posts on here over the years from guys like Geemoney and Snaggles and Tysonpride about how Tyson was all this and that and feared nothing, etc. Based on the documentary and from Tyson's own mouth, he was a very scared and timid person. He didn't believe any of the sh*t people fed him about him being this superhuman machine. He was probably more afraid of life than most of us on this board. And he was angry at the world because those whom he considered friends were only friends because of who he was(Superstar & Boxing Champion Mike Tyson!!!). Where are those friends now? They could make a whole series of Tyson's life based on what he experienced. A very damaged individual.
Out of all the people Tyson talked about the only time he got choked up was with Cus. Ex wives, friends, relatives, prison pals were mostly non-entities. Mike aint the brightest of guys, but looking back he knows who truely cared about him.
Actually that made the news right before the Douglas fight happened. They were making a big deal out of it because all of a sudden Tyson seemed to be...(gasp)...human. They interviewed Tyson's team about it and they said it wasn't a big deal and it's happened before.
The bit with Holyfield... "Pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, powpow, pow, pow, I was thinking...what..the...fuck???" ::::
why did you have to write this? We got it, it was funny, but then you ruined it with your explaination. :bangh:
People always say Mike bit Holyfield trying to get out of the fight. After seeing this and the way he talks about it, I really do believe he wanted nothing more than to KILL Holyfield that night. I don't think he wanted out, I think he went crazy and really wanted to kill the guy.
