need help with something i'm writing on Barrera-Morales

If you watch the first fight with the sound off you can see why Morales was given the decision. And I also think he won the second fight.

But he definitely lost the third fight.

But where Morales has one over on Barrera is that he has a win over Pacquiao whereas Barrera did nothing but get the shit kicked out of him twice.

Morales didn't exactly set the world on fire in his two subsequent fights with Pacquiao, but unlike Barrera, he can hang his hat on the first victory.

Barrera was such a baby about losing the first fight but what's ironic is that he was the one who ended up with a shot at the Prince following that fight, something I'm sure Morales would've jumped at if he'd been given the opportunity.

And Barrera would go on to quickly become the "HBO fighter" he accused Morales of being.

At least Morales seems to have the brains to retire. Barrera, on the other hand, is still fighting and losing to guys like Khan of all people. What a joke.

 

No way Barrera won 7 rounds in the rematch.

 

Isn't Morales coming back?

If he wins a comeback fight and looks at least similar to the fighter who arguably beat David Diaz, and Marquez can't land a money fight with someone like Pacquiao or Mayweather, I wouldn't be shocked if they make that fight.
