Arroyo was tough and durable and he definitley would have given Ramos a tough time, but I think Ramos is the better fighter with the better talent and I think he wins more rounds here and takes a hard-fought decision
I will say Mando, but he would have to bring his A game as Harry was always in shape and had real good stamina, and that meant Mando had to have a clean living training camp, which he seldom did.
