It's just a case of what round does he KO Evans in. Easy fight for Machida.

    Perhaps...

But Quite a Few Guys were SUPPOSED to Beat Rashad, yet he's STILL Undefeated...

There are so many ways Machida can win this fight, but realistically Rashad really only has that puncher's chance to win.

If he gets behin in this fight which he will he won't be coming back. Just like trplsec said Machida can beat Evans in so many different ways. The longer this fight goes the more mentally broken Evans will get and the more mistakes he will make.

I do not think he will KO Evans, Evans is way to cautions a fighter - But I can see Machida beating him up and getting UD

I don't see the KO, but I would love it. But I have been saying since it was announced that Machida will pitch a shutout UD. Rashad won't win a round. Some might be booing, but Machida will be happy to outwork and pick Rashad apart.

I'm pulling for Evans, but I just don't see how he's going to win this. Machida's defense is just so good and he seems quite a bit bigger than Evans. Its very tough to fight a more skilled guy whos bigger than you. Well, I think Rashad is a better boxer but thats about it.

Do you really? Boxing/striking was the aspect of the fight that I hands down gave to Machida. IMO, the only thing Rashad has in this fight is wrestling and maybe a strength (but not by much) advantage. I will be honest in that I don't think Rashad will land one clean punch in this fight. I can see a bit of dirty boxing, maybe some GNP, but not much else

I thought Soakajew had a strength advantage and Machida manhandled him.

Can't we Say the Same for Machida???...As GOOD as his Defense is, if ANYBODY's Gonna TEST his Chin, it's Rashad Evans...

REED May End Up Looking Stupid AFTER the Fact, but he's Picking Rashad by a 4th Round KO...He'll More than Likely B LOSING the Fight but @ SOME Point he's Gonna Catch Machida w/a FLUSH Shot to the Grill...

Karate Guys AIN'T Really Known for their CHINS...

Let's relax a bit on Machida. He's taking on a young strong powerful wrestler with knockout power, and also who is in his prime and is confident. Evans also happens to be the champion! Machida is not at all a sure bet to win this match.
I'm going with Rashad Evans to surprise all the doubters once again. Evans in 2 with a hailmary hook and some ground/pound to finish Machida off! :kidcool:

I can see that happening.Machida's stamina didn't look to great win he fought Tito Ortiz. Its still a question mark if Machida can go strong for 5 rounds.

Rashad had problems for 2 rounds with Forrest Griffens whack stand up skills. Machida will school the shit out of Evans. Ill go with a 4th round KO after hurting Evans in every round.

Si la pealea por la noche hoy. Theres plenty of streams that will be shutdown after the first 10-15 minutes. Not to many will show the whole event.

MMA fighters have to be among the dumbest athletes in the world. Hughes is concussed for 14 minutes, has no idea where he is and Serra loses the fight by doing fuck all. :atu::atu:

props to machida winning, pfp the 2nd best fighter behind fedor.

i thought rashad would win by pressing the fight, but he sucks. all that bobbing and weaving, faking and not doing anything.

unlike most of machidas fights where he counters attacks, machida actually initiated the beatdown.

and like ive stated before, boxing + roman greco = the next evolution of mma

Damn! Machida is just something special. He will hold the belt for a long time. His stand up is impeccable.
