Not at all FreeIke. Not at all. When you say 'workout', are you talking about lifting heavyweights everyday? If so, that's not recommended. Heavy lifting is good for 2 times a week. Or light lifting 3 times a week should suffice. Making sure to work core muscle groups. You can always do sets of pushups, situps, chinups, etc. Maybe a little bit of bicep curls, bench press and squats. If you don't want to lift then what you want to do is just take a 30 minute jog everyday if you can on a treadmill or outside, or instead, maybe shoot some hoops or play tennis and build up a sweat and get the heart working. Eat healthy and you're good. Add in a bit of gym work maybe twice a week or even once a week and all will be well. You do that and you'll be lawyering like you've never lawyered before!!!!! :kidcool:
I am not a lawyer Hanzy. I do about an hour or 2 hours of cardio a day. I just notice that when I spaceout workouts I start looking cut up and if I do it everyday or 6-7 days a week I don't that is why I am asking. I don't lift weights though.
The fact that you do 'something' is a good thing in itself. Even if it's repetitive. Besides, when it comes to cardio, it's never repetitive. Your body gets a good workout. If you want to change it up, try doing treadmill, eliptical, rowing machine, bike, etc and switch it up everyday and try long distances and short distances, both relaxed and intense on different days. Also make sure to masturbate at least once a day because it decreases chances of cancer I've read.
I went to law school but I hated it and am not a lawyer. I am a fraud investigator for an insurance company.I basically get shady claims and decide if we pay them or they go to the Department of Insurance. It is easily the coolest job ever. I love it. It is a little dangerous though. I get a free car. I don't pay for gas. I get to work outside and set my own schedule. It is a busy job but it is fucking awesome. I would cry if I lost my job and I am not the crying type. I can't believe I get paid for what I do.
Sounds like a super cool job. Not as cool as mine though. I work late night drive thru at McDonalds and basically I'm f*cking around and eating the burgers and fries while playing Resident Evil on my PSP. Not many cars even come around.
