I work 12-hours a day teaching 200+ women. I've been very burnt out my friend. It's taken me up until recently to recover. Last year I went to the emergency room in the evening from teaching because I thought I was having a heart attack. I can show you the bills to prove it.

No, I didn't price myself out. The price is still the same. Unfortunately, with the delay of the paperwork and the economy being what it is the buyers decided it wasn't the right time. That doesn't mean things won't change in the near future, but I believe for now they will just be looking to see how things play out.

Now I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say you don't believe it's worth 4k or whatever, or even 3k.

So why don't you just sell it to Andrew and Godfather for cheap, you won't have to worry about it anymore, you can buy a treat with the money etc.

It strikes me as a little selfish and greedy to hold onto the site when you don't even want it, when there are potential owners eager to take it off your hands, but you're holding out for a sum of money that I'm sure you know you won't even get.

It's strange, I don't get it.

The people here don't want to pay that much, an outsider isn't going to pay that much, and you probably know this, so I guess the only thing I can think of is what other people have suggested that you actually want to keep the site. Maybe just for the odd free fight ticket or what? I don't know.

With the economy showing signs of improvement and more companies turning to internet for advertising I think it would be quite easy to get the money I asked for. An outsider will easily see the potential in what FightBeat has to offer and the investment is small for someone interested in the site. Consider that the Euro is stronger than the dollar and it's like getting fightbeat for 1/2 price to them. That's why I received offers from people oversees. I turned them down because that's not the direction I want to go. However, I'm putting a cut off point on this and if by September I don't have the right people I will either sell at a lower price to the inside people, or chose my more financially benefecial alternative and sell to someone in the UK.
