UFC 100 was the biggest event in mixed martial arts history. The total number of pay-per-view buys is in excess of 1.5 million. The UFC's previous top selling PPV was UFC 66, which pulled in 1.05 million buys. Not only was the event the most bought MMA PPV of all time, but it is also one of the top selling PPV events of all time.

    2. 6/8/02 - Lennox Lewis vs. Mike Tyson - 1,995,000 buys.

    3. 6/28/97 - Mike Tyson vs. Evander Holyfield II - 1,990,000 buys

Brock Lesnar is proving to be a valuable commodity for the UFC. Although to be fair, UFC 100 sold itself to a large degree just based off it being a 100th Anniversary. Just like Wrestlemania tends to sell itself because it's Wrestlemania. They sell out Wrestlemania before even putting the card together.

Tyson/McNeely was the biggest piece of sh*t ever put on ppv. They sold it here on ppv for $89.99 I remember. Loved seeing all those gullible f*cks getting cheated.

not a bad nights wage for getting ko'd by a phantom punch, I wonder if he got any percentage of the ppv/gate. What is funny, I bet Peter is probably doing better financially than mike now.

all of the top boxing ppvs are typically 45.99 and up. that factored in means the total revenue of the ufc probably doesn't crack the top 10

The UFC 100 PPV was 44.95 and it was something like 55 dollars for High Def.

The last 5 UFC PPVs were that much.

I think in Canada on Shaw it was $49.95. I just checked. Golly! I can't imagine ever paying that much for anything on ppv. I'd just watch a stream.

I'd go to a bar with a 10 dollar cover. That's how I usually watch the UFC's. I've only ordered one PPV and that was Chuck/Randy 3.

McNeeley was actually reputed to have made around $800,000.
