Not in a million years would I have guessed a couple of bitches would main event over a roster of guys in a combat sport.
Shows how amazing Gina's PR machine is in all of this. Blessed with good looks, amazing tits, fabulous ass, charisma, and very very mediocre fighting skills and here she is, banking 125K for a single night's work.
Somebody has to make a movie on her pretty soon.

What's the deal with Mousasi only getting $2000?

i dunno, but i think he's with M1, and also part of this Dream relationship...so i'm pretty sure he'd be getting paid more than just that.

If Strikeforce is smart, they will abandon this chick thing soon. The truth is besides the two that just fought, there really is no one else. I believe you will see it be a flash in the pan, much similar to women's boxing.

And yes, I guarantee Mousasi didn't fight for 2000$ That is probably something that was in the M1 deal.

which on a sidenote. don't expect to see Mousasi in the UFC anytime soon. He is very loyal to Fedor, which is why he is with M1.

Strikeforce is building a nice roster though. Mousasi/Fedor/Shields/Thompson are all worldclass champions.

They can put together fights they just have to get creative. Mousasi can fight Lawler, Villasenor, Le, and even Diaz. In the meantime, don't be suprised if we see other big names coming over from Japan like Belfort, Alvarez, Manhoef, Aoki, etc. Believe this, there are many fighters that are unhappy with the UFC and their contracts(Like Roger Huerta and Anderson Silva) and when they start seeing that they can make comprable money with Strikeforce, you will see them leave just as they did to Pride. Strikeforce is the first real competitor to the UFC since Pride. I am not saying its on the same level as the UFC, not even close yet. But they are doing things right and building. Its great for the sport of MMA and even better for us the fans:cheer:
