Here's a stream for anyone left here who actually gives shit: http://www.rte.ie/live/ Should be a good fight. Dunne likely to take a bit of a hiding I think... MTF
SPOILER ALERT (you've been warned) That was a pretty brutal KTFO. Not unexpected, but Dunne went down HARD. One of the few times I've really seen Poonsawat; he looks a real handful. MTF
He's finally gotten back up. Looked in bad shape for a bit- falling face first into the canvas is never a good sign... MTF
That, and the Cordoba fight, were the only other times I'd seen him to be honest, though I expected Dunne to take a beating because he's not really very good- a guy who loses to Kiko Martinez isn't really good at all. Glad you won a few quid though- did you get a decent price? MTF
Not really. 1.77, I made up my mind, when the odd had already swung in Kraetingdaenggym´s favour, but I also backed Kraetingdaenggym by KO 1-6 and the fight not to go the distance.
dunne cant fight. i couldnt believe when that fossil was hyping him here as anything other than a stiff
Dunne can fight see the cordoba fight, his chin has always been a problem and that has cost him again last night. Kiko is garbage and got lucky against Dunne.
is it true that he lost on the three knockdown rule?...that's how bbc are reporting it. Not that it really mattered here, but i hate that rule.
...as for Dunne, i never expected him to get as far as picking up a world title. He's an exciting fighter and seems to be a pretty nice guy too, so hopefully he does bounce back.....a European title fight with Rendall Munroe would be a good one.
That fight makes perfect sense. Dunne has his limitations but he's a good guy who brought boxing back into the main stream over here.
Yup he did. And I generally agree that the rule is shitty but, to be fair, Dunne was fighting on instinct alone and was badly, badly hurt. MTF

From what I've seen, he seems like a quality fighter.
Tough for Dunne but its was kind of predictable. I'm surprised his promoters didn't try to get him an optional defence prior to his mandatory. Poonsawat is a nice addition to the titleholders at the weight. For Dunne, there isn't much left, a run at Monroe would be good business, agreed.
I believe his team did try and get him a voluntary first. His promoter flew to Panama if I remember correctly.
