So my problem is that my stomach seems to be hanging out in a shape of a ball. There is no fat in my body (percentage is below 10) and when I pull my stomach in I have quite big and visible abs, but when I relax it, it becomes round-shaped and gives a fat impression of me. I do abs workout with one of those machines but it doesn't seem to remove this problem. Hopefully someone can help
if you are below 10% and see abs and your stomach sticks out.. first I'd go to the doc to make sure nothing is wrong with you after that try practicing Vacuums a few times a day. this will really REALLY help http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ms-fit5.htm
Yes, but if I do all those and then this vacuum thing, am I overtraining? Or should I be concentrating to these vacuums
dont go crazy right away maybe vacuums daily some before bed or in the AM or both and some crunches daily or every other day
i didnt know that just sucking in your stomach was a stomach muscle excercise i might try doing this for hours a day.....is this your secret for having beasty abs lok? do you sit at work all day with your stomach sucked in?
It seems to hang out like with a fat guy. You can not pinch any skin between fingers from it and it is not soft, it just hangs out. I think it is that muscle that this vacuum exercise is supposed to train
I have been doing these vacuums quite regularly now in addition to my normal stomach workout and some running and it seems they do work:bears:It is extremely difficult to make them last for over half a minute but I have noticed the change in my waistline
You arnt supposed to work out your stomach. Your stomach is a muscle, why would u want it to grow If you work out properly on your movements then you will build the stomach you want Being able to see it is based simply on your diet alone.
it is a muscle exercise.. it works the very inner muscles of the abdomen and it works them in a way that just crunches/situps can't
gotta do cardio just doing ab work will make your abs bigger, but youll still have a layer of fat over them
Ugo, it's probably the Finnish diet. Do you eat lots of bread and meat pies? You may be gassy! Try more lean meats, fish and vegetables.
