This is not journalism but just a blatant attempt to make Floyd sound stupid. Too bad for him, he let's them succeed in it

But the FACT is, Floyd is EARNING this Type of Heat from Boxing Fans & Make NO Mistake, the Guy Doing Most of the Talking was CLEARLY a Hardcore Boxing Fan (Dude's Knowledge was Actually MORE Impressive to REED than Anything Else During that Segment)....Floyd Acts like he Can TELL Us who his Most Viable Opponents R, when we ALL KNOW Better...

The FRUSTRATING Part is that it's a CLEARfuckingPATH for Floyd...Fight the Cotto-Pac Winner AND Sugar Shane (As Looooooong as Shane is Still On Top of the Division) But Does Anybody TRUST that that's Gonna Happen???...

Floyd BROUGHT that Type of Negativity Upon HIMSELF & he Got Owned...BADLY...

My point for a while now....Cotto,Margarito,Williams,Clottey,Mosley...all have defeats because they are fighting each other...while Mayweather has been bullshitting around and ducking every one of them.

Can someone tell me how Mayweather got away w/out fighting ONE...of the guys mention above???

that was awesome. floyd needs to put up or shut up, as reed said - fight the cotto/pac winner then mosley. problem is he doesn't seem to care what people think.

i used to be a mayweather fan, definitely thought he was going to fight according to the above path... now i am not so sure.

pacquiao if he wins is going to have to publicly CLOWN floyd for months in order to get him in the ring... Hatton had to do that, but he is a funny, loud mouthed brit, I don't see the well-manored Pacquiao being able to do the same thing.

He is right Mosley is a cheater. When Balco got busted he shows serious signs of slippage in ten round fights against Estrada, Cruz and the first Vargas fight coming off two losses to Winky. The normal signs of a 35 year old fighter. Fast forward 3-4 years later and he´s beating and fighting the cream of the division on even terms over 12 rounds. I hope Floyd never gives Mosley the payday.

That was an extremely enjoyable twenty minutes.

The sad thing is that Floyd, for all of his skills, clearly doesn't give a shit about boxing or boxing fans. Legacy means absolutely nothing to him. He'll fight the easiest possible opponents for as much money as he can get, and thats it.

    MTF :shit:

    AgREED.

Floyd talks so much shit he can't even get himself out of it.

He tries to dismiss Pacquiao because he has losses and says Pac's win over Hatton meant nothing because he was no longer undefeated.

Last i checked De La Hoya, Judah, Baldomir and of course Marquez were not undefeated when Floyd beat them. Of course that's different somehow.

Dude knows his shit and Floyd for all his brilliance inside the ring, outside of it with the mic in his hand leaves way too fucking much to be desired. As it is, Floyd has to fight Mosley or the Pacquiao-Cotto winner next. He doesn't, he deserves the criticism he gets. He fights them, we have 2 great fights. One of them could easily become the fight of the Decade. (Pacquiao if he wins)

Hopefuly Arum doesn't get on the way. He sounds silly claiming Mayweather will only get 30-35 of the purse at most. At worst Floyd should get 50. AT WORST.

I loved when the guy brought up Brian Kenny.

To give Floyd some credit..........he did stay on the line for the full 20 minutes and you could tell he knew he was getting his ass handed to him.........which he's probably not used to. He could have easily hung up the phone after 5 minutes.

Floyd is a skillful self-publicist. He's going the WWE route and and playing the heel. He doesn't mind being the villian. Boxing kind of needs a little bit of that. For a lot of us purists it probably makes us a little sick, but the fact is, it sells tickets. I didn't pay for Mayweather/Marquez but apparently 1 million other suckers did. :dunno:

Now, if he would just fight a legit 147 lb. threat.

R.A. the Rugged Man (the guy talking with Mayweather) is a sick underground rapper who has a video with Mitch Blood Green in it, so obviously the dude is a pretty big boxing fan.

    Floyd got decimated.

I actually went and listened to a lot of his stuff after listening to the interview. I thought some of it was pretty decent.

He sounds a lot like a rougher, less mainstream version of Everlast IMO.
