I was wondering why the City of Los Angeles or LA county never charged anything. Certainly, he is guilty of something like intent to use a deadly weapon. The reason they haven't is probably chain of custody because boxing commissions aren't part of the legal system. That is why I'd guess they haven't, but I certainly would have arrested him even if the charges never took. The bottom line is Neveda or New York needs to step up and ban him for life. I know what he did was in California but most commissions in the US will abide by the suspensions of NY and Neveda. Europeans are a little better ethically and Margarito will never be allowed to fight there. Let the fucker fight on a Donkey Show stage in his shit hole country for the rest of his life .

Cotto's face has been getting damaged in his recent fights. Fuck he's starting to look like Gatti (rest in Peace). I think its over. And if he decides to comeback I would advise to take a nice long vacation.

Agreed. I'm not sure why Plasterito can even come back to boxing.

Would opinions about Cotto change if it turned out that he lost to TWO cheaters? What if Pacquiao's weight, strength and stamina aren't natural, as Mayweather, sr. claims? It's possible that Pac is just a freak of nature, but his gains aren't typical for an adult.

The only reason he isn't banned for life is because they caught him before the Mosley fight began, rather than afterwards. Which is pretty ridiculous. As if Plastered Bastard and Capetillo suddenly were going to have a flash of conscience before fight started and changed their minds and decided to use legal gloves.

    no Cotto shouldn't retire!

people always want to send fighters to retirement so soon.

The fact that he imediately answered that question by saying he will continue fighting shows me he is right mentally. Meaning aside from the asswhipping on Saturday he is not discouraged regarding his carreer.

Obviously he has to take a long break, comeback with an easy fight and go from there.

But obviously he has taken some punishment in quite a few fights so the expectations have dropped regarding his next comeback.
