I think Tito stops him late. If Manny stands there with Tito to "test his power", he is not going to like how the punches feel. I think Tito would have all kinds of problems and he may have to get off the deck. But I think his superior power is the difference.
Superior power wouldn't help Tito since he would not catch Manny. In toe to toe combat Tito was awesome but his footwork was poor and Manny's movement and quick harpoon attacks wouldn't give him a chance to set up. Manny clearly
If Cotto could catch Manny w/shots why couldnt Tito? I was NEVER a Tito fan, but my god... some guys nowadays talk about him as he if was David Tua type one dimensional. Tito was rangier, quicker, and more accurate than Cotto, and we saw Miguel land a good share of clean blows on Manny. Tito was extremely OVERRATED during his prime.... but nowadays he's UNDERRATED.
Manny was impressive against Cotto, but lets all be honest... Tito would have put Cotto in a coma within 6 rounds.
Because Manny knowing Tito's strengths and weaknesses would move much more than he did against Cotto and make Tito much less dangerous. Cotto didn't have many things over Tito, but he does move better and even then he had great trouble catching Manny (remember that he only won 1-2 rounds, despite landing some)
Seriously I cant see Tito losing to a 5"6 midget. As impressive as Pacman has been I cant see him winning this fight.
Its not as simply as that. Cotto is only 5'7". Tito was a legit 5'10-5'11 with much longer reach than Cotto. Because of Manny's lack of height, he'd have to come into range to hit Tito, and Felix had enough timing and handspeed to land big on Manny. I mean, Manny is good defensively when he wants to be, but its not like he's Whitaker.
