Martinez could pull a Quintana here. Safe pick is Williams UD though. I wouldn't surprise me too much if Martinez pulled it off.

The big black spider is going to wind him up into a bobbin, then suck his guts out. It'll take about, 20 minutes.

    Williams by easy UD!

I've only seen Martinez against Cintron and I wasn't impressed. I think for an Argentinian he runs alot.

I don't see Williams stoping him but he will damn near pitch a shutout.

If Tall Paul pitches a shutout I'll be highly impressed with him. I think they'll be a few rounds where Martinez outboxes Paul.

"Williams UD" is the Safe Pick & REED WANTS Williams to Win the Fight, but REED CAN'T Let Go of the 1st Quintana Contest just Yet...Credit to Williams & his Team for Taking a Guy that's Stylistically SIMILAR to Quintana on LATE NOTICE, No Less...

REED ISN'T Terribly Confident in Picking this Fight 1 Way or the Other, but he EXPECTS Williams' LENGTH & WORKRATE to Ultimately B the Difference in a Unanimous Decision..."CUTEYS" like Martinez Love SPACE, but Paul Williams is a Space INVADER...

i agree with Reed. This is a pretty damn difficult fight to analyze.

i could be impressed by either one to put on a dominant performance, but it wouldn't be a surprise either way.

I expect that rounds 1-8 will loook very similar to one another: both guys getting good work done in close rounds. I suspect that Williams will be winninig most of these rounds, however and as the fight progresses I like his ability to keep the pedal to the floor more than Martinez's.

Martinez will be in the fight every minute until he is stopped in round 10-- more from exhaustion and accumulation than single hard shots, but he'll be stopped nonetheless.

We know Williams can do what Williams does for 36 minutes. I have doubts that Sergio can sustain that same level.

Miserable fight to pick. Have to make Williams the favorite, though.

Williams will punish the aging, undersized counter puncher and stop him somewhere around the 8th.

You seem to be the resident Sergio Martinez authority, so I'll take your word for it. I don't feel like I've seen enough or Martinez to make a solid pick. Although he dominated Cintron early and deserved the decision, I wasn't impressed with the way he fought down the stretch of that fight.... and you had better be able to bring it for 12 hard rounds if you want to beat Paul.

Its actually pretty easy to analyze this fight. Sergio Martinez hates a guy with a high workrate with pop. Thats why Margarito knocked his ass out. Paul Williams will do a number on this guy. Williams TKO late.
