For 22-year old with 22 fights he gets a lot of "when he steps up" remarks. His level of comp. is excellent for his number of fights and age.

 

It is? The guy is a "world champion" and is defending against some worthless Jew who is lucky to not have a handful of L's on his record.

You get excused when you take it slow on the way up, right up until the point you hold a belt and then you're doing nothing but holding a division (and country) to ransom.

Khan has no CHIN, that much is clear.

But the guy has plenty of heart, that much is certain. Whenever he gets KD, he tries to get up. Even when Prescott put him on Queer Street, he tried to get his ass back in the ring. And he has plenty of pop. When he turns his punches, he can bang.

If you are gonna slate Amir, do it because his chin is shit or because he talks bollocks or whatever. But you cannot question the man's guts, because even though his chin is shit, he always tries to get back up and, everytime he has (that is everytime bar one), he has laid some serious pain on the other guy.

I'm not even close to being sold on Khan.

He has no chin, he fights like an amateur/robot, he doesn't think in the ring, he is not adaptable or versatile, and he can't even punch.

He is just an amateur with a decent workrate and fast hands.

khan's a very talented fighter imo. i've sat and suffered through too many salita fights both at ringside and on ppvs. good thing that salita isn't as good as yuri foreman. khan may or may not be the real deal but he should beat that pillow-fisted club fighter w/ ease.

 

I really like Khan, I think he's a wonderful talent and I'm rooting for him to trash this clown with style.
