Is gonna be a good weekend for boxing. I mean look at all the fights we are gonna get a chance to watch. From the big boys to the little guys. Cats are gonna be throwing leather. I mean we got older Klit doing his thing. Will he get out or will he just smash this cat to pieces. Then we got the rematch. Can Diaz put his signature pressure on Paulie that could make him fold. Hell can Paulie duplicate what he did in the first fight. Then we got the battle of the undefeated up and coming champions. This fight in my eyes could be FOTY. I mean we all know what Bradley brings to the table. The dude wants to fight in a phone booth while Petersen who is versatile enough to box and slug. Who will impose their will. Like I said I can't wait for this weekend. I'll Holla 5000
Pascal-Diaconu rematch fri night also. Very good fight weekend! But I'm looking forward to Bradley-Peterson the most. Edit: I thought Pascal-Diaconu was being televised, but guess not.
ESPN Classic was supposed to pick it up, but I guess they couldn't come to terms. It is available on ESPN360.com, however, which is now available to Comcast internet subscribers. So I'm just gonna hook the laptop up to the TV and pretend ESPN picked the fight up. :fightme:
This is a very good weekend for fights. But not Peterson/Bradley, it is a mismatch. Lamont Peterson blows.
so that you can say you watched possibly the two most boring fighters of the millennium share the same ring?
Bradley's no prince, but he's at least fought more than one C or better calibur fighter in his life. Peterson was involved in the most boring fight showtime has ever put on if I remember correctly, he's nothing special at all.
