He's got considerable skill, not sure about the rest of his game, but he his skill level is impressive.

I guess I should revisit that post of mine about Jacobs and Korobov, and say after watching Jacobs more, I'd say that at 22, while supremely gifted athletically, I don't think he's reached the physical maturity to match that skill level yet.

In some ways, I think it's comparable to Andre Ward, who was a great amateur, had speed, had quickness, but wasn't that developed, phsyically...and I think some of his early performances showed that.

I think Jacobs' camp should have him take a step back and have some fights off tv, or at least ones with a lower profile...kinda like Korobov, who's on a much slower career trajectory with Top Rank.

Jacobs didn't go to the Olympics, turned pro eleven months earlier than Korobov...and has fought eleven more times than him.

Korobov is still fighting four rounders, and he's four years older and went to the Olymipcs.

Korobov weighs in today at 150. He fought at 165 as an am. He has fought at 160 as a pro.

Some guys gain advantages when they cut weight, but I suspect at 5'11" and plenty strong at 160, that Korobov will have the same results as Allan Green and Ward did when they cut too much weight.

Robert Helenius has notched ten straight victories and stopped his last five opponents. In his latest fight he stopped Taras Bidenko in three rounds. Previously Bidenko had gone the distance with Valuev and was minute away from beating Vladimir Virchis. Helenius will take on Lamon Brewster in a month.

Helenius got plenty of (rightful) criticism early in his career but now he seems to be getting it together. And I am not hyping him because he is a Finn but because he is a Wladimir Klitshko -clone:hammert:

Khan is not a rising star, any more than he is an iron jawed monster. His star already turned into a Green Dwarf. He could be a major star in Pakistan, but that country has been sodomized by Religion, so stumblebums at the Palladium it is.:shit::shit::shit::shit::shit::shit:

Tyson Fury is descended from a long line of stiffs.:shit::shit:
