I know everyone thinks Paul easily beats Shane because he's tall and rangy. One problem though, Paul nearly always neutralizes his height and reach by fighting inside and brawling and so taking that into consideration I have to give the edge to the faster more durable Shane Mosley. I even think todays Mosley has a chance of beating Paul.

It's an interesting fight and would have been a good one. (even now)

I agree that Williams often gives up his height and reach advantages, but at least he's adept at fighting on the inside. It's not as if shorter guys are easily allowed to get inside and simply work him over. If Williams had a solid and consistent jab i think he would provide huge problems for Shane. (any many other fighters)

So far though he really hasn't shown it often enough. He could outwork Mosley but i don't think he could outfight a prime version.

For now i'd see it as a Prime Mosley winning a UD and today's version losing one.

Agreed with first post. Williams doesn't use his reach enough to bother Mosley. Mosley via stoppage.
