"Team Pacqiauo today announced they have new requirements for Floyd Mayweather, who they have suspected of being a weight cheat for a while, especially since he weighed in over the contractual limit for his fight against Marquez. They have demanded that Floyd agree to weigh in at random times, even possibly at any time during the night, leading up to the fight, and that he must be no more than 0.5 lb over the weight limit per week prior to the fight. Team Pacqiuao doesn't believe that the scale being provided by the athletic commission will be adequate to confirm that Mayweather doesn't have excessive pounds, and the standard day-before fight weigh-in alone won't provide them the adequate protection they desire. They have required that Floyd must also meet weight on their electronic scale they bought at Wall-Mart, and he must meet the weighing standards leveled by the Meat-Packers Association of America. Though team Pacqiauo, and for that matter no one in boxing history has ever made this sort of demand, and even though the athletic commission already has regulations in place regarding weigh-ins, they still insist that Mayweather must agree to this procedure, or else the fight will be off." Mayweather is busted for the cheat he is !!!
What needs to happen is for the NSAC to step in and say they will not allow drug testing by an outside association. That they will not allow the fight to occur under such circumstances.
Pacquaio now demands $500,000 for every blood or urine test performed that he passes and to pay his entire purse if he fails.
