My initial knee jerk reaction was Pac must be on PED's (which he might indeed be).

But having thought about it, if I was innocent, I would still object to taking the test, just because I wanted want to be bullied around and bitched out. I'd think fuck you and your test, the athletic commission governs the tests, not you, and I've never failed one. Innocent until proven guilty.

 

I think it's a genius tactic on the part of the Mayweather camp.
