Seriously, Pacquiao is agreeing to the strictest testing ever undergone by a boxing world champion, and still Floyd is acting like a child. He's scared and it's obvious.

Floyd's career is a not-so-subtle testament to this. He has taken the safety first approach to his career ever since being battered by JLC. Since then he's been beating up on the NDou's and Baldomir's of the world claiming he's the "true undefeated champion of the sport", while stadiums empty out during his fights.

In his comeback fight, he made a career featherweight jump 2 weight classes, only to further cheat him on the day of the weigh-in by ignoring the contractually agreed weight. This is the metal of a man with no bravery in his heart at all.

The NSAC is even behind Manny. It's unheard of that a state athletic commission would feel the need to release a public statement backing a fighter, but they have.

This is a commission that has caught some high profile dopers (Brock Lesnar, Karo Parisyan), people who would know every in and out about doping and NOT getting caught.

 

Actually, It's QUITE Evident that Manny Pac is the 1 that's SCARED...By Simply COMPLYING & PASSING the Suggested Olympic Styled Testing, Manny Pac would WIPE HIS ASS w/Floyd's Insinuation ALTOGETHER...

It is a preposterous requirement, seeing as it involves more testing than ever before in the history of boxing.

And to top it off, against a guy who has never even failed a drug test ::

Guys like Roy and Mosley have actually failed drug tests, yet you don't see their opponents refusing to sign the contract unless they have 16 random drug tests.

What gets me is there is not a shred of evidence to suggest Pacman is using PEDs, it's just rumours and hunches.
