    Who would fine him? The fight is in Nevada, he is willing to take any tests they have to offer by the NSAC. So, yes, he should be fined if he refuses to take the tests that the Athletic Commission perscribes.

    You do recognise the difference between pre arranged scheduled tests/ unarranged random testing and urine/blood tests don't you. There is a reason why the olympics has this testing because it's the best. Not hard to understand if Manny's nuts are not sergically inserted into your boca.
