What is most worrying has been the Pacquaio's camp's very specific refusal to countenance the possibility of being subject to aspects of the suggested testing method which have proven most effective in detecting previously undetectable samples, notably random interval blood testing.

I guess it comes down to what you think it means when one party absolutely walks away from a guaranteed highest pay cheque in the sport on the basis of blood testing at a random rather than arranged interval. When that becomes the breaking point. Some might see Pac as standing firm, or was genuinely worried that random but not pre-arranged blood sampling will weaken him. I can't believe either apply, and hope we're all wrong and that its just all a matter of random blood testing being used as a bargaining tool for more money or terms.
