Lacy/Vanderpool---was at Caesar's palace for that one. Wlad/Williamson was the main event but I don't recall if it was for a title or title eliminator.

Hell, I go back far enough and every other important fight was held in an outdoor arena.

    Benn-Eubanks II (Old Trafford)
    Eubanks-Watson II (White Hart Lane)
    Calzaghe-Kessler (Millenium Stadium, Cardiff)
    Hatton-Lazcarno (City of Manchester Stadium)

Klitschko-Williamson was a comeback fight for Wlad after Brewster Part one.

Willard - Johnson in Cuba, I think.
For that matter, Johnson - Ketchel. I seem to remember they were outside when Johnson was wiping Ketchel's teeth off of his gloves.

Never happened....its a myth that people like noted moron Bert Sugar like to propagate. Joe Rein debunked here one evening back in 2002. Johnson actually wipes the other glove, with the glove supposedly containing Ketchels teeth.:nono:

Even if you had 20/20 vision, you probably would have been able to view about the same amount of action as a blind guy if you had cheap seats.

Not a title fight, but Im pretty sure Duran's two fights after no mass were outside, too. One was against an Italian sounding guy like Picolinonioniolio or something. Duran-De jesus II was definitely outside, I remember the constant references to the heat. Also I think Lewis-Rahman was outside. One of the Benn-Eubank fights was at Old Trafford too, and Tyson-Saverese, and Tyson-Neilson were both outside too. Neither title fights. Im just typing. Bruno-McCall was at wembley.

If U're Talking about Pernell Whittaker vs Julio Cesar Chavez, that Bout was Held in the Alamodome, which to REED's Recollection IS NOT an Outdoor Venue...
