This is ridiculous this is completely unacceptable. Anyone who gives Floyd a pass on this is a Mayweather fan first and a boxing fan 2nd, if at all. This will be the 3rd straight 140lb fighter that Floyd will have fought (much like I predicted) and that's only if you consider JMM a jr. welter.
Is Floyd a welter weight or not? I mean it's true that he competes at welter weight. He just doesn't fight welter weights.

Look Floyd fans I don't hate Floyd, I'd have no problem with what he's doing if he wasn't always talking shit about how good he is and trying to proclaim himself p4p #1.

    The dude is a C.O.W.A.R.D.

Boxing FANS were taken for a ride by the person who had no intention of ever fighting Pacquaio on March 13th.

His intention was a FAILED attempt to ruin the reputation of the BEST p4p fighter in the world out of JEALOUSY instead of lacing them up in the ring.

That's a WORD to describe a person like that....

People weren't hating when Pacquaio was going to fight Paulie instead.

The 24/7 should at least be fun.

    The fight itself?

I honestly don't think I could think of a stylistically worse matchup in all of sports. Maybe if the Buffalo Bills could play the Kansas City Royals in a winner take all game of bocce ball.................that might be close.

And I still don't. However, anyone not pissed off and frustrated with this shit after years of ducking and dodging need to check their fanness.

Well I for one wasn't thrilled with that matchup either but who can complain when Pacquiao just fought fucking Cotto? Plus didn't Floyd just get through having his "tuneup?" So what now, he wants another one?

Actually people were complaining, saying they weren't interested in the fight, and Paulie didn't deserve it.

But like my boy lob 4 lob just said, Pacquiao has just fought Cotto, it would be forgivable for him to fight a tune-up.

Mayweather hasn't fought a prime world class fighter in however long, and hasn't fought a true welterweight ever, apart from Oscar, who he could barely beat.

And now Floyd wants to fight another 140 pounder, in a long list of 140 pounders or under, who stand no realistic chance of winning?

Floyd is a fucking joke. I'm amazed he has any fans left at all.

If not Pacquiao, to retain any credibility, or even be mentioned in a P4P list, he needs to fight the winner of Mosley - Berto, or someone like Paul Williams, or even Martinez.

I'd also like to say, Floyd has less balls than Roy, for as much shit as Roy got.

For starters, Floyd has had FAR, FAR more options than Roy had in regards to top competition in his or his neighbouring weight classes.

Roy beat some HOF fighters in his prime, Toney and Hopkins, and ended up fighting Ruiz, which was a legit challenge, and a fight I personally thought he would lose.

Floyd's only realistic challenge since arguably losing to Castillo is Oscar, and because that was a tougher than expected fight, he obviously wants only really easy pickings now. Malignaggi level fighters.

I wonder who's next, Juan Diaz at 147? Casamayor?

You wanna know why? Because Pacquiao faced Cotto in his last fight? A real live welterweight.

Shit. PBF wouldn't even rematch an old De La Hoya. He knew he'd lose.

Open your eyes. PBF is a bitch.

Well said mexican wedding shirt. I was giving Chicken Boy Floyd the benefit of the doubt untill the Pacman fight. He has shown that he has no interest in fighting the best fighters of the 147 lbs division. In my mind he was even the favorite to win the Pacman fight.

Yep. I used to wonder why he wouldn't just move to the junior welter division and campaign there. But then I realized there aren't any worthy challengers for him at 135lbs.

If Floyd fights Pauli after all this debacle he's an utter stone cold disgrace. An utterly disgusting, vomit inducing, boil-pussing disgrace of proportions beyond description.

And the Yuri-Foreman fight just makes no sense. It's high risk, minimal reward and Manny has no business at 154. It's risking so much for an historical footnote.

The Foreman fight makes no sense except to Arum since he can pocket most of the money, promoting both guys.

Arum hates sharing money with other promoters. I guess it's natural but it shouldn't be at the cost of a fighter's interests.

LOL! All the fightbeaters are now repeating what I've been saying for 2 f*cking years!!! Chicken Sh*t Fairyweather!!!! Ducked Margarito, ducked Mosley, ducked Wright, ducked Pacman, fought little guys at catchweights or had them come up in weight! What a f*cking legend!

Still REED, Slystaff and bigdawg want to suck him off cause he's the last remaining black dude left of any notoriety in any weight class! Go figure!

Not true. There's Mosley. Hopkins. Ward. Berto. This is more about their having bought into PBF's "brilliance," even in the absence of evidence. And in the face of proof that he's a bitch.

Hut Hut, I was going to say, wtf has Manny done wrong?

Not fuck Pac at all. Pacman has been the best and most exciting fighter in boxing for a while now.

What Jake says might be true, that neither fighter was that interested in the March date, and this whole fiasco was a lot of posturing and bullshit, my feeling is it's Floyd who didn't want the fight. I think Manny was more prepared to come to an agreement - possibly even for a later date. Floyd didn't, and doesn't want the fight.

In fact, unless he feels like he needs the money badly, I'll be surprised if Flid ever steps up and gets in the ring with Pacquiao.

The ironic thing is, over half the people here would be picking Floyd to win.

    Floyd has raisins for testicles.

Yes Hanzy. I have read many times that said all this about Mayweather. For the first I see the truth about Pretty Gay Fag.

Not a nice thing to say. Pretty racist imo. PBF has also many white nutsuckers.

Floyd was given a PASS when he fought Marquez, making him come up TWO divisions for a tune up.

Now if he fights Paulie making him come up in weight, he'll be seriously damaging his future earning POTENTIAL.

This March13th could have broken all revenue records. NOW if Mayweather fails to step up and fight big names at welterweight, as he is doing now, then any future fight with Pacquaio is seriously DAMAGED from a business standpoint. Pacquaio would be doing him a FAVOR by dropping the lawsuit or by fighitng him.
