Ward isn't the next coming of anything, but if he doesn't beat Allan Green I'll be shocked. Green has so much bitch in him he might as well be wearing a bra and panties into the ring each and every time he faces a live-body.

 

I think Green is very talented and beating Ward wouldn't be a miracle.

Ward has a much better am pedigree and a much better pro pedigree. He's the safe pick.

I don't think Green is a bitch or anything. I believe that he was sick against Miranda. I also believe that both Green's and Ward's shit performances were likely related to trying to get down to 160. At supermid, they both seem far more comfortable and far better.

 

I was wondering how that works as well. He will be at a disadvantage with only 2 fights to accumulate points.

Green has potential as an offensive fighter (his defensive skills are second rate at best), but his make up dictates that he'll be a bully only against over matched opponents. He doesn't have it upstairs or in the chest where it counts.

My issues with Green is that he doesn't fight with a since of urgency. It's almost like he's afraid of being too good. If he wins I will be shocked. I'll Holla 5000

At some point, somebody will KO Green while he is looking at his feet. This will be close to Nate Campbells KO loss in the 1st Peden fight as far as laughability.
