What starts out as an honest attempt at attention-seeking and a new annonymous chance of being cool and accepted turns into the sudden realization that a positive reputation and a feeling of significance to the community is a seemingly unachievable prospect, he abuses the anonymous nature of the Internet to easily obtain a negative reputation. With this negative reputation, he satisfies his insecurities with a false sense of significance, reading these long threads proudly that all this is dedicated to him

In other words, kill yourself.

The publication of a person’s photograph without their consent is not in itself proof of defamation. The unauthorised use of the image would need to either lower the public’s estimation of the person, expose the person to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or cause the person to be shunned or avoided.

it would be awfully difficult for anyone's estimation of you to dip any lower. the problem goes way beyond the re-posting of a photograph of curious jolex. the origin of the problem is the lack of self respect curious jolex has to allow himself to become so portly. either he takes massive amounts of estrogen pills or he simply gets no cardio. furthermore it is mind boggling why anyone with a physique such as his would wear such tight clothing.

 

I don't like Alabama Man one bit, but he is right. REED did went too far and is just reaping what he sow. He blew it for himself and has no one else to blame.

 

To shut down some one's photobucket and facebook is a bitch move plain and simple.

It's one thing to get the photos used removed but to delete years of photos is a bunch of bullshit.

 

Bottom line: threats of lawsuits shouldn't happen. I've known Bammer since 2000 on one forum or another. It's too bad this went the way it did, but deleting people's accounts and messing with them off the forum is something that shouldn't happen.

I would be surprised if those accounts were easy to hack into though, & I'm sure if that was the case, he would get into some serious shit if REED pointed it out to the powers that be.

But if he complained & it's being looked into, them either REED's account will be reinstated (in which case Bama is a bitch), or it won't (in which case he had a legit gripe).

If there is some wrong-doing on REED's part, then he reaps what he sows, & whether we like it or not, Bama was within his rights to do what he did.

If REED was racist, then he bloody well deserved to be banned.
