Agree. Certainly Arum doesn't want that.

I hate to break it to you, but it's the other way round.

Pac offered a compromise, a BIG compromise seeing as all he had to do officially was provide a post fight piss test - Floyd wanted none of it.

If Floyd truly wanted the fight, he would have just fucking signed, like Hearns did with Leonard.

Maybe Arum didn't want the fight, but neither did Floyd.

Of course not. By his logic, the concept of an internet boxing being right is null and void. It doesn't exist.

Tam is an internet boxing fan, so by definition, he is wrong.

Well if it was Margarito's choice to deny stringent handwrapping screenings from the first application of gauze inspected right through to his walk into the ring,.. and I cried about unreasonable unprecedented demands, and that the commision does a great job and Margarito's got nuthin' to hide and he's jus playin' the big dick, would you have had any problems with my stance? :crafty:

And who's right man, you? Post your damn opinions like everyone else. That's all we have. All of us. Including you. There's no need to remind anyone that they are internet boxing fans, since you are as well. Just as you don't need to question who I am.

By offering a 24 day compromise to do the random testing instead of the 14 Floyd's team was asking? Come on man, sorry but no. Manny to this day uses the excuse that he didin't want to have blood taken out 1 day before the fight but Floyd's compromise was clearly stated that he wanted only up to 14 days before the fight for the tests to be performed. Manny compromised shit. I don't blame him too much, I know Arum was behind all this bullshit.

That's convenient to stuff it under the rug for the time being, but you know aswell as I do there is only one agency who could catch him, the very agency he paid millions and millions of dollars to keep away from him. That's not suspicious though that's.... something else,.. I also do believe recently you have considered the possibility of adopting Pacquiao's fear of blood samples excuse Mex,..

    :nono: please.

Margarito is indeed a fraud Dympeople,... and as far as I'm concerned he should have his career kissed goodbye, I only wish you could have informed me of Margarito's handwraps useage in advance, as it was quite cruel to withold that information for the preceeding years before he was caught.

I have opinions about fights and fighters who fight, not this bullshit negotiation stalling crap. "I think this about xxxx cos he said blah blah blah". I give half a fuck about any of this PED drama, because thats all it is. This is nothing more than Young and the Restless for boxing fans, daytime soap at its absolute worst....yet all I see is the dying few lapping it up and asking for more.

What do I think about Mayweather and Pacquiao? Plenty. None of it relates to their time at the negotiating table and I sure as hell don't make up my mind about what fighters may or may not be doing behind closed doors. Thats a waste of time, not to mention fitting the definition of ignorant.

As for who you are? You're pretty upitty for someone I never even saw around here before. Thats why I ask. And no, I don't care for your opinion on that either.

I think he meant agreeing to do a blood test at all seeing as how it isn't required. That IS a compromise by the way even if it was a hollow one. Floyd initial stipulation is a request, not a compromise.

Floyd asked for something. Manny compromised. Floyd stuck to his guns and Manny stuck to his. Both guys are to blame for this fight not coming off. I think it's so they can build it up for later in the year. I hope I'm right.

That said, both guys are taking on huge challenges. I hope win, lose or draw, we see these two guys fight. Soon too, not like RJ v Hop.

I can't argue with any of that. :bears:

I did enjoy being more active on the board however. While this topic has been done to death, I think it warranted discussion.

It was fun at the begining but I just can't argue this shit anymore. I don't see how MWS does it. He argues every post, takes on every challenger, even those who clearly show unflinching bias or even troll like behaviour. I just don't have the patience to repeat the same arguments over and over again.

If you've stated your opinion on the matter then there really isn't much else to do. That's why I'm out for the most part now. It's beginning to look like the old LL vs Tyson debates in here. No give and take, just mindless fanboyism.

It wasn't fun for me, I was quite suprised at the way former Fraud-criticising allies, jumped ship in the instant that Pacquiao said "No" for the introduction of advanced random tests into boxing, there's only about 5 other members who have the best interests of the sport in mind, the other 50 are stuck to the dicks of fighters like oysters and only play the 'ethics' card if it suits thier particular fighter at a particular time. If there was this brand new agenda about the implimentation of the most sophisticated drugs testing system about to be introduced into boxing in the form of a forum thread,..:crafty: I fucking bet,.. the majority of posters here would not have been so defensive about it at all,.. it's only when Pacquiao exhibited the perfect behaviour of a guilty man did these 50 odd posters stand up and illustrate where thier priorities truelly lie.

I need clarification, you're saying you were officially brainwashed by Floyd when Manny refused the drug tests not when Floyd initially requested it?
