    PAC
I want Pac to beat Clottey. I used to be a fan of Clottey's but his embarrasing antics in the Cotto fight and his penchant for blowing bigger leads than Andre Golota has changed that. I mean dude was beating Margarito, Cotto, and Baldomir and has 3 losses on his record to those guys because he's a mental midget. If Pac loses to this guy his legacy should take a big hit. The biggest reason I want Pac to win is I still want to see him against Mosley and Floyd.

    MOSLEY
Was there any doubt? He's my favorite fighter there's really nothing else to say. Plus putting the first loss on Floyd's record may do him some good. Maybe he'll be less worried about his record and become more concerned with his legacy.

I'm not sure about Pacquiao - Clottey, if Clottey wins, WOW,.. he bested a guy who looks like he's taken a dip in a nuclear waste dump and emerged with his skull and hands enlarged unaturally,..essentially, he'd have beaten a chemically enhanced mutant, and that's impressive given that this guy annihilated Cotto with just a couple of flurries. He's a former flyweight who now punches like a light-heavyweight to be precise.

If Pedquiao wins,.. I would need Fraud to win aswell.

If Fraud wins, it'll put Pedquiao and his groupies right back into the snare, and we will discover that the fight will be killed off for good, because there's no way Pedquiao will ever fight him or anybody else without his secret ingredients, Arum has made that clear.

If Mosely wins, alot of people will be happy to see that, it's a just due, but my preferred time for Fraud to get beat will come some time after the performance enhancing drugs scandal part 2 is finished, I'd like more light shon on this issue, there's no other fucking way anything even inadvertantly can change this sports drug testing procedure unless it's proposed by either fighters or promoters, they dictate the sport afterall.

The boxing forces were lining up for the highest grossing fight ever made. Pacquaio-Mayweather. If they both lose, the shine will take a hit but it would still be a significant fight. Depending on how you lose, you can still be a viable option for relevancy. It goes for Mosley and Clottey who have lost before.

Mayweather-Clottey or Mosley-Clottey would be bigger than now normally perceived. Pacquaio would still be in the hunt to fight the winner or loser of the Mayweather-Mosley fight. Then there is the possibility of rematches.

I honestly don't care who wins, I'll be an independent observer but I have an opinion as to what will be better for boxing. Pacquaio and Mosley victories, because their fight won't have any impediments. They'll sign in a NY minute.

Any true boxing fan should want both Floyd and Manny to win their respective fights because May-Pac is the most significant non-heavyweight fight possibly in history.

Clottey is a bit better than a journeyman and Mosley is a hasbeen

Exactly. However, I think Clottey spoils the party and PBF beats up Shane.

    Obviously Pacquiao and Shane.

Pacquiao is my favourite fighter, and I'm a big Mosley fan.

(Though I admit, I did lose interest in him to some degree after he lost to Vernon, that loss did affect Shane, he wasn't quite the same afterwards).

I have to say, I have absolutely no idea why Shane has haters. And also why he isn't more popular.

He's not the most electric or charismatic character out of the ring, but at the same time, there's nothing to dislike, he seems like a nice guy.

And in the ring, what's to dislike? He's had a few bad performances, but he can fight, and he always goes in there fights, he's had some great performances and very good fights. And unlike people like Floyd, he's a warrior. He goes for the KO, and he's prepared to take a few shots to do so.

Normally i would pick Pac and Mayweather so the super fight could take place. However at this point i'd just like to Mayweather knocked out cold regardless of who does it.

Besided, Pacquiao-Mosley would probably be a more fan friendly fight anyway.

I agree. He's never backed down from a challenge. And all indications are he's a nice guy.

There was a brief stretch there when Mosley was fighting one bum after another, but that's HBO's fault - what incentive did he have to face big threats?

I want PBF/Manny to win. That way we can see the PBF/Manny fight just to prove how dead boxing really is when the PPV #'s are around 3 million. I'll Holla 5000

"A brief stretch"? Mosley's entire "reign" at 135 was fake, phony fraud.

To answer the question of this topic:
    Floyd (because he deserves it)
Clottey (because PED abusers must be punished)

i don't think it was negative. why do you? because he doesn't think PBF has fought the best guys? that "opinion" is very close to being a fact. you'd have to be a rabid Floyd dick-rider to disagree with what he's said in the article.

These fights are the equivalent of spending the whole night trying to pick up the hottest chick in the bar, only to have to settle for her uglier, much fatter friend come last call.

I'd like to see Mosley win because Mayweather is a douche, but I can't see any way the guy who struggled to beat a terribly shot Mayorga beats Mayweather.

I can't see Shane struggling to beat a guy who got owned by a shot old inactive Oscar. Could you just imagine what would've happened to Floyd if Oscar was even close to his prime? I'm thinking MURDER!!! Even in his deteriorated state, Floyd edged out the win by a round even though most folk had Oscar winning that fight INCLUDING Floyd's own dad!
The only thing Floyd has going is that unblemished streak. It's all he's got and it's all his popularity is riding on. Once the f*cker gets assraped by Shane, it's all over!!!! The Floyd farce comes to an end!!! :crafty:

it's impossible for Pedquaio to lose with all the PED's he takes...so i guess i want him to win..by KO in the early to mid rounds (depending on how many drugs he decides to take)
any other result would defy the laws of nature, and i don't want that

it'd be nice for Mosley to win....i disagree that Floyd would be better off once he loses his undefeated record...i think he'd be more like Naseem Hamed and disapear

I want Pacquiao to beat Clottey! I'm not sure about the other fight.

I've always liked both Shane and Floyd. but I think that if Floyd wins it will once again be a pain in the ass negotiation with Pacquiao.

I will probably root for Mosley just because of how hungry he seems at this stage. while Floyd has been sitting in his laurels admiring his own carrer.

I also think that Paquiao/Mosley makes for a classic fight.
