The way Pryor took those shots from Arguello I seriously doubt it. Arguello hit him as flush as any boxer has ever landed about 15 times and NOTHING. Nothing. Pryor had an ATG chin.

Wow.....Freddy Roach vs Panama Al in the PED-WARZ

You know, the way Freddy vibrates, I'd say he could mix a mean shake better than Panama Al.

Gotta go with Coach Roach on this one.

I don't think a KO is out of the question for either guy but if i had to pick it would be Manny by decision.

Pryor by Decision or late TKO/KO..

Pryor has the hand and foot speed to deal with Pacquiao. Plus Pryor style of all out aggression will be tooo much for Pacquiao IMO. Has anybody seen Pacquiao inside fighting? It doesn't exist.

Pacquiao likes to jump in and out using his superior speed to beat guys. VS. Pryor he will be with someone that can match his speed and seriously fuck with his aggression.

BUT like others have mention i can see a trilogy easily. I can see Pacquiao landing something on Pryor that he won't see and be able to recover from within 10 seconds....

but if they only fought once i'll go w/ Pryor.

    Pick-em.
Manny has more compact punches. Pryor has the better chin.
    ATG fight

If I have to make a pick I'd probably plump Pryor TKO 14. Pryor was probably the only TV era fighter more freaky-relentless than Manny.

Too much money on the table for either to walk away, in the end. You're right, though. They are good, old-fashioned boys, like that.

did you see Pryor's fight with Dujuan Johnson? sure didn't look like an all-time great chin in that fight.

ODH - now there's an all-time great chin. and who knocked him out?

that's insane. it's precisely due to Pryor's reckless aggression that he'd be stopped by Pacquiao.

Pryor's reliance on instinct and talent (as opposed to skill) would find him getting beat to the punch time after time.

He'd be a sitting duck for Pacquiao. He'd end up trying to fight Pacquiao off the back foot like he did in spots against Arguello. and he'd lose that match-up too.

yup...I have to expect pacman to KO him eventually. Difficult to see anyone beating pac in a straight up slugfest. Pac is too fast and accurate (in addition to his power) and moves pretty well.

Pryor fast feet will keep him close to Pacquiao all the way through the fight. It will be Pacquiao trying to get space to throw his punches.

Whose fast feet? Pacquiao can't throw short punches?

Pryor has fast feet and Pacquiao punches are not as effective if he doesn't have room to throws them.

we seem to be overlooking the fact that it isnt just Pac who presents all sorts of never-before-seen problems for Pryor... the latter is also CLEARLY true... what fighter besides Pryor throws 6 punch combinations? from all angles... never tires... and people forget, you could knock "The Hawk" down once in a while, but good luck keeping him there... the idea that this is a no-brainer for Pac who has never fought a bigger guy as good as Pryor is crazy to me... not to say he couldnt beat AP, but the idea of it as a foregone conclusion is baffling to me
