Cotto was very small for 147..what the fuck is he doing at 154?? HOPEFULLY he is just there to win a title and retire...or comeback down to 147.

I cant wait for this fight. I haven't seen much of Foreman besides the fight when he outclassed Daniel Santos. I have to re-watch it again.

Really? I think its a risk on either side here. I'm curious to see how much Cotto has left.

the fight sucks...Foreman sucks..he might be able to beat Cotto just because he is much bigger and stronger. COTTO should stay at 147.

If Cotto loses to Foreman he should retire at ONCE. But given Foreman's style, its doesnt promise to be exciting.

Williams-Cintron is a fight to be excited for. But not this shit.

Fair enough. Everyone is entitled to have there own opinion. :bears: I agree if Cotto loses he should seriously consider retirement.

I think that if Cotto wants to continue fighting, then this is the path he should take. Fight a B level opponent, and knock them out promptly. It may be exciting if that's how the fight goes. If he fails to dominate in this fight, or actually loses, he should retire. It is a reasonable barometer at this point in Cotto's career given the rough road he has had of late.

If he wins as expected, then he can get back to fighting top-notch competition, and we'll see if he can still hang at that level.

I don't like the move to 154. But I am hoping that it is more of a calculated move, since there really isn't much left at 147 (or 145 or 144 or 146 depending on the opponent) for Cotto other then PBF. If that fight can't be made, then I don't have a problem with a move up to 154. But if this is just because Cotto doesn't want to work so hard to make weight anymore, then it is all bad. Cotto is not too big for 147, and belongs there as a professional fighter.
