Oh I know I know, that was a joke, to be honest Berto seems chinny. It was more of a dig at Khan's chin ;)

I was more impressed with Caballero tonight. Sloppy retarded looking punches, but insane workrate, good chin, and ridiculous height make him hard to beat at featherweight.

Berto really does remind me of Khan, a basic fighter with fast hands.

Frock is a better fighter I agree. It's easy to think Berto looks better/slicker because of his handspeed, but Frock is tough and proven and determined, and P4P - would beat Berto.

Of the three Andre's at the top of the sport... Berto is the least skilled/talented. Although to his credit... he probably has more balls then Dirrell.

Its possible. Hell its not even a given that Cotto will beat boring ass Foreman. After the beating Pac laid on him he might be a shell of himself. He already looked diminished in the Clottey fight.

Age and inactivity. Plus its likely he never mentally recovered from being blown away in 1.

Watching Quintana tonight, and the version that beat Williams was like night and day.

I'd be confident in saying that a prime Judah would stop Berto.

You haven't learned by now that Judah is very unreliable?? Use a better example.

Ok lemme rephrase it then. The Judah from the Spinks rematch would stop Berto. Or even the Judah that fought Floyd would stop Berto.

Clottey's too strong for Berto. Berto punches so sporadically and he'd eventually wear Berto down.

I think Berto vs Bradley would be a damn good fight. Tim's more accurate and busy, has fast hands and can't punch. It's just a matter if Tim can handle berto's power.

I'd take Devon Alexander over Berto in a heartbeat...Berto's got a huge power advantage but Alexander is slick and would walk Berto into uppercuts all night.

The way saw him missing Quintana BADLY then falling in off balance...it doesn't take much to envision Alexander stepping around him and boxing his ears off.

Agreed on all counts. Yeah Berto-Bradley would be interesting. It'd be a difficult task for Timmy cause Berto is faster handed, and has way more pop. But Bradley is definitely more technically sound, and he's quick enough to land that sneak right hand of his on Berto's shitty defense. Still at this point I'd make Berto the favorite over Bradley, just based off size/handspeed/power edge.

I can't figure out who is more shot.
I honestly think that the Ali from the Berbick fight would beat the holyfield from the Toney + fight.

Froch is a real fighter. He is a crap boxer, but he is a hell of a fighter. His chin is essence of titanium. Berto and Khan are birds of a feather......athlete first, fighter second.

He's gonna have to keep fighting as he owes child support and is in financial trouble, wiped out in a divorce by all accounts, as fighting is all he knows.

It wouldn't shock me to see Evander die in that ring, as he is going to keep on going.

Wiped out in a divorce? Didn't he have a pre nup or anything? The guy was making tens of millions for the past 20 or so years and he lost everything in a single divorce at the tail end of his career?
Or did he lose money elsewhere in bad investments, etc? Aren't his kids over 18 now?

I don't know. Wlad still has a susceptible chin and isn't known for trying to demolish guys in a Foreman-like fashion. He likes to wait it out, find an opportunity and then press. Remember that piece of sh*t performance against Ibragimov? Holyfield might make it the full 12 and even startle Wlad if he can catch him coming in. Wlad sh*ts bricks at the sight of an opponent with a cocked fist. He stays the hell away from it and just plays it safe.

That is the way I think it may happen.

Haye and GBP are not going to pay 1 million step aside to fight Wlad, and a fight with Evander will sell out Manchester.

I doubt it. I think it would look just like Wlad/Mercer
