Kessler vs. Froch fight preview by our very prolific Chris Baldwin. http://fightbeat.com/article_detail.php?AT=734
Froch is garbage, he's sort of entertaining the way he gets nailed all the time, but this fight will depend if Kessler will get his superior robotics into gear, he's got a superior speed advantage so 'he should' but we'll see what happens. I gotta admit too,.. that although Dirrell fought like a pathetic bitch,.. Froch won the fight on 'the principle of fighting'... and nothing more. Haye's performance against Valuev, was much, much the more bitch, much the more.
I think Kessler seems pretty confident about this fight. I think he realizes now that Ward was just a bad style for him, and he knows that a guy like Froch is made for him. While on the other hand, I think Froch might be underestimating Kessler. He's spent the last few months talking more about CALZAGHE, then he has Kessler. I cant wait til Sat. I have a feeling Kess might stop him late.
Xplosive - it could just be part of his schtick, but he did perhaps seem to underestimate Kessler a bit. Seemed to think he was a decent fighter, and good challenge, but nothing more. Then again, considering how bad he looked against Ward, he might not be wrong to underestimate him ;)
i am yet to hear of an inferior speed advantage, or an inferior advantage, of any sort.....:notallthere::nono::crafty::crafty:
Froch is Jesus. I guess that makes Ward a False Prophet, and Kessler is a Superstition. DRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
He's just done another place up in Derby. Naah, I think Froch is about to hit the pummel horse at a hundred miles an hour I'm afraid Irishman,.. he's an overachiever,.. we'll see what can be done with the cabbage patch doll, it's a pickle since they both looked like slow exposed white hypes in thier last fights,.. but regardless I think Ward will be the tourniment victor and hero for clearing out the undesirable European trash,.. Bute will be the last heart palpatating nervous stand,...and if Ward wins that aswell,.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, know ur place bitches!... :crafty:
Froch will put Kessler down like a B&Q carpet tile in a recently renovated semi-detatched Nottingham household
I think he's done that before every opponent he's faced. Froch has his weaknesses, but professionalism isn't one of them. No corners would have been cut, and his mind will be firmly on the job.
good interview with Froch by the always excellent Donald McRae.... http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2010/apr/20/carl-froch-interview-boxing
good reading feebs. and nice reference to mex's (isn't it?) nickname for froch - "the fighting farmer" ::
new carl froch interview on air traffic systems and pictures of helicopters, from his local cafe. . http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/8569063.stm
The more interviews I see of Frock, the more I like him, he's hilarious. I also think he's more down to earth than Hatton, because he doesn't feel the need to fucking bang on about it every other sentence. This volcano business is pretty annoying though. It's a pretty disruptive week leading up to the fight that Frock has. I hope it doesn't affect him, and he bashes Kessler's face in.
Yea Hattons "I'm down to earth, one of the people" schtick became tired a very long time ago, also doesn't sound quite as humble when you constantly refer to yourself in the 3rd person either. Froch is genuine, confident more than cocky.
