Stafford's reappearance is enjoyable for the demonstration of his mental disintegration and not much else.

slystaff has been a fan of most every black boxer out there at one time or another. And when they get old or become shot, he then jumps off onto the bandwagon of the next hyped up black boxer out there.
As soon as Fraudweather is finished, watch slystaff begin pushing 'Andre Ward Greatness' threads.

Your position and argument is irrational. It is based on irrational thoughts. Pugilistically, what you are attempting is a reinvention of basic arithmetic to suit equations you have devised for Floyds benefit. The Earth is round. You must live with this. This is real Pol-Pot shit. There can be no "Year Dot" as far as Floyd is concerned. His fans have to accept that what we've got here is a guy who has done relatively fuck all and yet considers himself an entity Supra to boxing. It's obscene.

Yep, but when Calzaghe and the Klitschkos fight black boxers, you switch sides immediately...secretly.

Come on sly. Even your best friend REED has called you out on your BS. You were Roy's biggest fan and now you sh*t on him because he's shot and old and now you jumped on the Fraudweather bandwagon. And as soon as Fraudweather has been exposed, you'll not only jump on the Andre Ward bandwagon but you'll actually be the one pulling it.

Post-Castillo, Mayweather has some solid wins, but not nearly as good as a resume as it should be, and basically wasted the last two years.

Geez, does everything have to be so extreme? He should be criticized when it's deserved and get credit/defended when it's deserved. :dunno:

    Ah shut up.

REED takes it personally when Roy is attacked...and I guess that's his prerogative. I have no beef with REED.

I didn't jump off teh Jones bandwagon, contrary to popular opinion, I still think hat Roy Jones (prime) was the best fighter that ever lived. I still maintain that he was teh best of teh 90s and better ppossibly than anyone else. That's not the doctrine of someone who jumped off a boxing bandwagon.

I'm just attacking Jones' cowardly character of late..when he quits fights instead of trying to win them.

Also...I didn't criticize Jones for merely losing...i was still on the bandwagon after KO losses to Tarver and Johnson. I started criticizing him when he quit mid way through teh 3rd tarver fight and refuse to win to get revenge and just stayed content to last the distance.

Anyway...why am I defending myself against a bunch of fools!

Y'all believe whatever you want to

I agree, with the last paragraph,.. but disagree in part to the first if you are gold panning within the region of post Castillo up until De La Hoya,.. and you know that when I disagree with something, it's just got to be wrong.

Funny. You criticize Jones for lack of heart, despite the fact that he was winning all his fights until he became shot. When he became shot, you jumped off the bandwagon. Now you ham up Fraudweather despite the fact that Fraudweather is afraid to engage and would rather backfoot like a pussy instead of fighting. That Baldomir sh*t was a farce.
Not sure how somebody can ridicule RJJ but yet praise Fraudweather of all people.

Yep. I saw it Live. Became a Hopkins fan after round 4 when he was really taking it to Trinidad. Good fight! Trinidad was crunched but still, it was a terrific performance from Hopkins.
You on the other hand believe Fraud/Baldomir was one of the greatest fights ever. The most boring piece of sh*t fight ever just like the majority of Fraudweather's fights.

hopkins trinidad was a dull fight that had marginal action. not some very good battle that warrants rewatching. mayweather jr. baldomir was a boring fight that i predicted would be boring and wondered why idiots like dan rafael talked hbo into the match instead of a fight vs spinks.

Every fighter would fight like Floyd does..IF they had the tools to do so. That's why he's hated.

You think Shane would deliberately get his nose flattened in every fight, if he knew how to avoid punches and make fights easy?

No fighter would have a tough fight if they didn't have to make it tough.

    Fight fans are HYPOCRITES.

They praise guys like Whitaker and Pep for their defensive prowess, but when a contemporary fighter emplys it he's a pussy.

It was a dull fight only to those who were indifferent to either fighter. If you were a fan of either, it was a good fight.

I liked hopkins and trinidad and was looking forward to the fight for months. even had a flight out to NY to attend the fight that was cancelled by 9/11. the fact is, it wasnt an action fight. it was very dull and tactical for the most part, and then turned into a one sided beatdown. compelling, sure. not a fight worth rewatching for the action.

He's hated because he's boring as f*ck. You can call it skills if you want to, but I'd have called it skills if I could have seen him fighting like that against equally skilled fighters like Winky Wright in his physical prime. I absolutely would have LOVED to have seen just how Fraudweather would have tried to create a gameplan in order to deal with Wright's confusing style of boxing.
But again, the chicken sh*t f*ck didn't want to risk testing himself. He barely scraped through a shot Oscar which leads me to believe that Fraudweather isn't this phenomally talented boxer as you claim and Winky wright would have shut him down completely.
Fraud is a safety first coward afraid to test his ability against the best. Especially when the best are actually at their best as opposed to little guys coming up to meet him at catchweights.
You can call yourself the best when you beat the best in their primes.
But when you fight a shot inactive Oscar and barely win with an SD and then try to call yourself the best ever, that's a joke in itself.
Oscar and Winky in their respective primes would absolutely murder Fraud Fairyweather Jr. It would not even be up for discussion.
Fraudweather would have nothing to do with either man in their primes. We already saw how pathetic Fraud was against a shot Oscar.

You're talking about replay value, Neil. Other than Fraud/Corrales, there is abosolutely no replay value with the majority of Fraud's fights.
Hell even Lennox's boring ass had a couple of good fights which get shown on ESPN2 from time to time such as Mercer, Morrison, Briggs, etc.
    Fraudweather has absolutely NOTHING!
Even the Hatton fight was a joke. Little Hatton trying to act like a full flight welterweight with his tiny no-power having ass. Collazzo owned him already at that weight.

How many times will you and how many ways can you...say the same thing.

    I get it.

Floyd is a bum that barely scraped past a 110 year old Oscar who was dying of cancer, AIDS, Alzeimers and had only one arm left after his miraculous rescue from a POW camp in the Iraq war.
