mayweather jr.'s fights dont get reshown on espn due to copyright issues with HBO. mayweather jr. vs corrales is not even one of his more exciting bouts to be honest. you refer to "Lennox's boring ass" being one of the two guys you are actually a fan of. why watch boxing at all? why frequent a boxing message board? strange
Thank you! We both agree that Oscar was shot and completely past it. And even with the little reserves he had, still took a legitimate 6 rounds off the Fraud. Fraud's dad had Oscar winning the fight. LOL! Best technical boxer my f*cking ass! Technical brilliance you call it Sly? The SOB looked like complete sh*t against a deteriorated boxer.::
When a fighter deserves criticism, then he gets criticism. Do you really think Lennox's effort against Holyfield in the first fight was to be applauded? Have you ever seen a man that big and that powerful jabbing off his backfoot like a fairy for 12 rounds and refusing to engage against a guy half his size? Come on Neil. I find it really f*cking weird that you and the rest of the Fraudweather clan just can't seem to criticize your boy Fraudweather even when he's looked bad and stunk it out.
i tell it like it is. you just dont seem to appreciate the sport of boxing. makes one wonder why you'd spend so much time at a website dedicated to the discussion of the sport. mayweather jr. has looked bad and had boring fights, sure. I expect the mosley fight to be dull, and have said so repeatedly.
PBF is boring unless he's on PEDs like he was against N'dou and Corley, when his career hung in the balance. He was backed into a corner then, after his loss to Castillo, and needed to dip into the PED pool. Haing used them himself, he figured out how big a factor they can be. Thus, his intense paranoia over the use of PEDs on the part of his opponents. It's why he's obssessed with the issue now, so much so that he swindled himself out of $20+M, and cast doubt over his entire career.
If Floyd had a weight-drained and inactive DLH in front of him, like the one Pac had, believe me, he would've beaten him a la Gatti.
Unfortunately not. It was simply a statement of fact. You don't seem to be 'well' since you started posting again and for that you have my condolences, Stafford. MTF :boohoo:
I love how you so often state opinions and assumptions as facts. For your information Mosley has the tools to fight like Floyd and has done it. If you remember the period he fought under John David Jackson against Estrada, you'll remember Jackson's plan was to extend Shane's career by having him box more and be more defensive. Most people who saw that fight thought Shane looked bad. What they failed to realize is Shane dominated that fight by doing just what he had trained to do, be more defensive and box. But since most people were comparing that Shane to the old aggressive Shane, they thought he looked bad. So as you can see, rather than be patient and defensive which Shane has shown he CAN do, he chooses to go out and lay it on the line, to try to be great, and even to do it for the fans. I seriously doubt guys like Trinidad, Pacquiao, or Mosley wish they fought like Floyd.
Well you can keep your condolences my "concerned friend" as all is well with me you patronizing English prick.
Nonsense. Shane can't fight like Floyd. Shane is a slugger who gets hit often and has a SHIT jab. Shane HAS to fight the way he does.
:: You're a typical English twat. I'm coming to England this summer actually...I'll have to find you and give you one of those "chelsea smiles".
Are you sure you aren't ill? You appear to be coming down with a severe dose of the 'hegmans'... MTF :dunno:
I'm positive I'm not Ill. I didn't invite you to a gym to beat you up or anything. i just said that I'm coming to England in the summer (which is true) and when I'm there...if I were to meet you I'd be compelled to give you a chelsea smile...since you're giving me so much "gip" these days. People need to understand the principle of cause and effect for them to learn to behave. :hammert:
No you didn't, Mr 'Cause and Effect'. You said: Can you see the difference in what you actually said and what you subsequently claimed to have said? I know you are unwell, but even in your fevered state Stafford I'm sure even you can tell the difference between "Ill find you and..." or "if I were to meet you I would I'd be compelled..." MTF
Ok Baldwin..fair enough. I take it back. For the record...I wont try to find you and give you a chelsea smile.
Thank heavens for that. I'll rest easier in my bed this evening thanks to your retraction. It's a real weight off my mind. MTF :bears:
Sly Stafford: The Real Reason He Left England And Went To Canada: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/2714511.stm A "dishonest" Harley Street cosmetic surgeon who carried out two botched penis enlargement operations has been struck off. Dr Ravi Kang Agarwal, 54, of Stockport, Greater Manchester, was found guilty of serious professional misconduct by the General Medical Council (GMC). The Manchester hearing was told one operation had left a patient with a shorter and disfigured penis. He said he had passed out with shock after seeing his penis following the operation in Manchester. The 47-year-old patient, referred to as Mr S throughout, said it was black, shorter and deformed, adding: "I was in severe pain". He had seen an advert in the magazine Men's Health and underwent the £3,250 in May 1997. ****************** :atu::atu:
Hey, you said it. If I went into Harley Street with my White Reticulated Python and came out sore, short and black, somebody would be for it.:warning::warning:
Totally off topic but... Why would anyone voluntarily ask for surgery on their penis? That's a risk no one should take. Shit
Sugar Ray Leonard had the tools to be more defensive and fleet-footed. He chose not to, and to be more flat-footed and offensive minded, in most of his fights.
agREED. Leonard was more a offensive minded fighter, but definitely had the skills to be a defensive minded mover and pot-shotter if that's what he wanted to do.
Agreed with this. I think Floyd may be a little more accomplished defensively, but the real effect is multiplied by mindset.
