AA is a scrub, but what is Froch? All I know is that Froch gets tagged, and AA will eventually put him to sleep.

 

True, I didn't really think about that. It just goes to show what happens when you match the top guys with each other in any given division.

 

Frock fights like a scrub, but apart from tonight where he looked especially lethargic, he gets results that are far better than you'd imagine by looking at his fighting style.

If Frock fights like he does tonight, Arabham has a chance, but Frock is tough, and AA's power is seriously overrated. Even if he buzzes Frock once or twice, I doubt he KO's him.

 

I don't doubt Green's talent, I just know for a fact that he doesn't have:

1- a chin

2 - Heart

and his boxing IQ is average at best. Ward will take care of him.

 

Well it worked, the impressive nature of Bute´s wins over gatekeepers Miranda and Andrade has ssen him rise to the top of most SMW rankings, although he didn´t do anything Kessler, Abraham, Ward and a dozen others have already done.

Reed was definitely correct about Kessler pre-Calzaghe,.. and definetly pre-Super 6 tourniment,.. where he was being extremely overrated,.. but post-Ward, I think Kessler is being rated correctly now, Reed's just never liked him.

 

REED's Kessler hate wouldnt be so annoying if he wasnt a groupie of a bum like Green.

I had it exactly the same- dead level. Froch seemed shy when throwing the right hand all night, but when you are away from home, you have to do more.

117-111 is a fucking disgrace, by the way. Pathetic.

A GREAT action fight, though. Kessler showed a LOAD of heart when Froch was trying to come strong at the end, and Froch gutted it out in a tremendous final round.

The fight went how i expected up until about the 8th, then i thought Froch would take control...but Kessler hung with him, he was in great shape. It's hard to guage if this is just how good Kessler ever was. He looked in a lot better shape tonight than he did vs Ward, but that style will always give him problems.

Great fight, the last two rounds were immense...they gave everything.

 

I agree.....anyone know which judge's card this was? I have a hunch it might be that same judge who reffed Ottke-Reid.

 

I was WILLING Froch on, and I thought that if the fight were in England, he would have taken the swing rounds that Kessler got tonight, but Kessler showed TREMENDOUS heart and guts to slug it out in the last round when Froch tried to go for the jugular. Both men stood toe to toe and traded shot for shot.

It was an excellent round and Kessler made good the HEART deficiencies he has shown in the past. A mentally weak fighter would have folded. Kessler stood his ground and tried to out man Froch, which, as my prediction prior to the fight showed, I wasn't sure that he would.

Nope. It was worse than that. The judge who gave that score was the REFEREE in the Reid-Ottke fight. The same corrupt cunt who deducted points from Reid for having the temerity to throw JABS at Ottke.

The bastard should be investigated. Seriously, 117-111 was a disgraceful card.
